«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
Ադրբեջանի կողմից՝ իր պայմանավորվածությունների հերթական խախտումը էլ ավելի է սրել իրավիճակը Արցախի շուրջ։ Այդ կապակցությամբ երեկ մենք աշխատանքային հանդիպումներ ենք ունեցել, գործողությունների ծրագիր քննարկել և որոշակիացրել ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու կոնկրետ քայլերը։
 
Արցախի բնակիչների հետ մի շարք հանդիպումներ են անցկացվել, համատեղ քննարկվել են հիմնական մարտահրավերները, ձևավորվել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարությանը, Արցախի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարությանը, ինչպես նաև միջազգային հանրությանն ուղղված հիմնական պահանջները։
 
Արցախի երիտասարդության նախաձեռնող խումբն իր կողմից ձևակերպել և հաստատել է գործողությունների ծրագիր, որը պետք է իրականացվի, եթե Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ չլինի վերադառնալ Եռակողմ հայտարարության տառի ու ոգու պահպանմանը, ու ես իմ կողմից ամբողջությամբ սատարում եմ երիտասարդներին։
 
Աշխատանքային հանդիպումներ են անցկացվել Արցախի քաղաքական կուսակցությունների հետ, որոնց ընթացքում մշակվել է միասնական դիրքորոշում՝ իրադարձությունների ցանկացած զարգացման պարագայում Արցախի ժողովրդի շահերի միանշանակ պաշտպանությանն ուղղված քայլերի առնչությամբ։
 
Արցախի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Անվտանգության խորհրդի ղեկավարների հետ ևս քննարկումներ են եղել, որոնց շրջանակներում վերահաստատվել են բնակչության միասնական սկզբունքներն ու դիրքորոշումը, այն է՝ մենք մեր հողի վրա ենք, ոչ մի տեղ չենք գնալու և չենք հրաժարվելու նրանից:
 
Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հրամանատարությանը տեղեկացվել է Արցախի ժողովրդի և քաղաքական ուժերի դիրքորոշման մասին, ինչպես նաև նշվել է, որ մենք նրանց կողմից միջանցքի ապաշրջափակմանն ուղղված կոնկրետ քայլեր ենք սպասում։ Այսպիսի պայմաններում միջանցքը մեր կողմից չի օգտագործվելու: Այս հարցում որևէ փոխզիջում չի կարող լինել։ Հայաստանի հետ առանց սահմանափակումների ուղիղ և ազատ կապի ապահովումը մեր անվերապահ պայմանն է: Մենք անելու ենք ամեն ինչ՝ մեր իրավունքներն ու արժանապատվությունը պաշտպանելու համար: Եթե ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբին և միջազգային հանրությունը չհաջողվի ոչինչ փոխել, ապա մենք մեզ իրավունք ենք վերապահելու մեր հայրենակիցների օրինական շահերի պաշտպանությանն ուղղված քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ դրա համար օգտագործելով եղած խաղաղ և այլ միջոցները։
 
Կոնկրետ թեզեր են ներկայացվել բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին և դերակատարներին, և մենք սպասում ենք նրանց արձագանքին։ Միաժամանակ մենք ինչպես Արցախում, այնպես էլ Արցախից դուրս գտնվող բոլոր շահագրգիռ և առողջ ուժերի մասնակցությամբ յուրաքանչյուր կետի և թեզի շուրջ հանրային քննարկումներ ենք սկսում։
