«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Հայաստանի իրավապահ համակարգում (ոստիկանություն, դատախազություն, ԱԱԾ, ՔԿ) շատ ծանր մթնոլորտ է տիրում։ Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ իրավիճակն այն աստիճան կոլապսային է, որ առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում կտրուկ իրադարձություններ են ակնկալվում։

Բանն այն է, որ իրավապահ համակարգում աշխատող վաստակաշատ ու փորձառու տասնյակ աշխատակիցներ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն ազատվել են աշխատանքից՝ հայտարարելով, որ չեն պատրաստվում դառնալ իշխանությունների հարվածային մահակը։ Իսկ աշխատել շարունակողներից շատերի շրջանում գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է հասունանում դժգոհությունը:

Խնդիրը մասնավորաբար վերաբերում է նրան, որ հաճախացել են քաղաքական ենթատեքստ և ուղղվածություն ունեցող հանձնարարականները։ Ինչպես նշում են համակարգի ներկայացուցիչները, քննչական մարմիններն ու դատախազությունը պարզապես չեն հասցնում գործեր «կարել», ծանրաբեռնվածությունը խայտառակ չափերի է հասել, սակայն այնպիսի վիճակ է ստեղծվել, որ այդ ծանրաբեռնվածությունը վերաբերում է միայն քաղաքական գործերին, իսկ իրական հանցագործությունները մնում են «օդում», որովհետև «ազատ» քննիչ կամ դատախազ չկա:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, քննիչներն ու դատախազները նշյալ քաղաքական «գործերը» ո՛չ կարողանում են «մինչև վերջ» հասցնել, քանի որ «տակը» բան չկա, ո՛չ էլ կարողանում են կարճել, քանի որ այդպիսով փաստացի դեմ կգնան վերևից իջած հրամաններին։Մի խոսքով, փակուղային վիճակ է: Եթե սրան ավելացնում ենք, որ իրավապահ համակարգում «ձեռքի հետ» էլ պիտի զբաղվեն սոցցանցային տիրույթում իշխանությունների հասցեին գրառումներով, պատկերն առավել առարկայական է դառնում:
