2023 թվականի մայիսի 19-ին «Յուքոմ» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը ոգեշնչել է Yerevan Tech Forum 2K23 համաժողովի մասնակիցներին՝ հանդես գալով որպես հիմնական բանախոս «Առաջնորդության վճռորոշ դերը թվային փոխակերպումը հաջողությամբ իրականացնելու գործում» թեմայով: Միջոցառումը, որը կենտրոնացած էր տեխնոլոգիաների և նորարարության վերջին շրջանի առաջընթացի վրա, անթերի հարթակ ստեղծեց պարոն Յիրիկյանի համար՝ կիսվելու հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում շուրջ 25 տարվա փոփոխությունների իրագործման իր գիտելիքով և փորձով: Ի հավելումն, Speedtest Award™-ի արժանացած Հայաստանում ամենաարագ ֆիքսված և շարժական կապի ծառայությունների մատակարար Ucom-ն առաջարկել է տեխնիկական աջակցություն՝ ապահովելով գերարագ ինտերնետ կապ համաժողովի ողջ ընթացքում: Հանդիսատեսն ակտիվորեն ունկդրել է պարոն Յիրիկյանի՝ մեծ փորձի վրա  հիմնված խորագետ ելույթը և մասնակցել թվային փոխակերպման շուրջ ավելի լայն քննարկումների:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ թվային փոխակերպման հետ «հաշտվելը» հատկապես կարևոր է այսօրվա պայմաններում, քանի որ այն բավարարում է ինչպես Z, այնպես էլ Ալֆա սերունդների կարիքներն ու ակնկալիքները, որոնք ըստ էության կապված ու ապավինում են թվային տեխնոլոգիաներին իրենց անձնական և մասնագիտական կյանքում:
