Ապարան քաղաքն այսօր մեծ ցնծությամբ էր տոնում Բաշ-Ապարանի, Ղարաքիլիսայի և Սարդարապատի
ճակատամարտերում տարած հաղթանակի, Ապարան քաղաքի օրվա և Առաջին Հանրապետության ստեղծման
105 ամյակը, քաղաքը տոնում էր այն օրը, երբ դժվարին պայմաններում հայ ազգը ոտքի կանգնեց և ձեռք բերեց սպասված անկախությունը: Քաղաքն իր հյուրընկալ դռները բացել էր ոչ միայն ապարանցիների առջև, այլ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր եկել էին մասնակցելու կայանալիք տոնախմբությանը:


Համայնքապետարանը՝ քաղաքապետ Կարեն Եղիազարյանի գլխավորությամբ ջանքեր չէր խնայել ապահովելու ներկաների բարձր և հերոսական տրամադրությունը: Քաղաքի ամբողջ փողոցներով հնչում էին
հայրենասիրական երգեր և երգերի ներքո ամենուր շուրջպար բռնած խմբեր էին, որոնց երակներում կարծես
եռում էր նախնիների հերոսական անցյալը:

Ապարանի Բաղրամյան փողոցից մինչև Վերածնունդ
հուշահամալիրի մոտ դասավորված էին փոքրիկ սեղանիկներ,որտեղ յուրաքանչյուրը ներկայացնում էր իր
քաղաքի և իր գյուղի մշակույթը և ավանդույթները խորհրդանշող ուտեստներ:


Միջոցառումից առաջ բոլորը՝ պաշտոնյաները, հավաքված ամբոխը բարձրացան զինվորական պանթեոն և
Դրաստամատ Կանայանի գերեզման, ապա «Վերածնունդ» հուշահամալիր, ուր տեղի ունեցավ Սուրբ և անմահ պատարագ, ինչից հետո ծաղկեդրման արարողություն: Միջոցառման մի մասը բաղկացած էր
հայրենասիրական երգ-պարից, իսկ մյուս մասն արդեն իրենց ներկայությամբ հայրենասիրական ոգով էին
լցնում քաղաքին ամենամոտ գտնվող երկու զորամասերից՝ Մուղնիից և Կիրովականից եկած զինվորները, ովքեր հանդես եկան քայլերթով, իսկ հետախուզական ջոկատները ՝ցուցադրական ելույթներով:


Միջոցառմանն իր ողջույնի խոսքն ասաց Արագածոտն մարզի մարզպետ Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանը, ով, ողջունելով
ներկաներին, ծանոթացրեց Ապարանի պատմության հերոսական էջերի հետ և բոլորին մաղթեց մշտապես ապրել խաղաղ երկնքի տակ:
