Վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում ադրբեջանցիների` սահմանագծի անցման 2 դեպք է գրանցվել, որի հետևանքով 1 քաղաքացիական անձ սպանվել է, 2 զինծառայող` առևանգվել:
 
Հիշեցնեմ, որ առաջին դեպքը Նախիջևանի ուղղությամբ 2 անդրբեջանցի զինծառայողների ներթափանցումն էր ՀՀ խորք և Կապան համայնքում խաղաղ բնակչի սպանությունը, իսկ երկրորդը` օրեր առաջ, Սրաշեն-Շիկահող հատվածում ադրբեջանցիների հատուկ նշանակությամբ խմբերի` մեր 2 զինծառայողի առևանգումը:
 
2 դեպքն էլ ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանում անվտանգությունն ասվածը խիստ հարաբերական է և խաղաղ բնակչին իր աշխատավայրից կամ կամ բնակության վայրից կարող են առևանգել կամ սպանել, դեռ չեմ խոսում առաջնագծի մասին, որտեղ մեր զինծառայողներին ուղղակի ծուղակի մեջ են գցել ու տարել:
