Արցախում երկու իրարամերժ գաղափարական հոսանք կա. ո՞վ կհաղթի

Արցախում այս օրերին երկու քաղաքական գաղափարական հոսանք է գործում, ընդ որում չափազանց ուշագրավ զարգացումներով։ Նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը վերջին շաբաթներին ակտիվ հանդիպումներ է ունենում Արցախի տարբեր շրջանակների հետ, իր հարկի տակ ընդունում է քաղաքական գործիչներից մինչև զոհվածների ծնողների, մտավորականների և այլոց։

Ավելին, մամուլը գրում է, թե Հարությունյանի այս նախաձեռնությունը խուճապային տրամադրություններ է ստեղծում Արցախում, քանի որ նա միտումնավոր բավական սև գույներով է ներկայացնում ներկա վիճակը, առավել մշուշոտ ապագան, որ Արցախում մնալը շատերի համար դառնում է անիմաստ։

Մյուս հոսանքը, որ ներկայացնում է «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, լավատես է, հակված պայքարի, ամեն ինչ փորձում է անել արցախցու ոգին բարձրացնելու, մարդկանց սեփական հողում ապրելու հույս տալու համար։

Նախօրեին նա նշել էր, թե տարբեր տեղերից ավելի հաճախ է լսում այլընտրանքներ չունենալու մասին։ «Այսօր իբր այլընտրանք չունենք, քան ապօրինի անցակետ օգտագործելը, վաղը մի գուցե այլ կարմիր գծեր հատելու այլընտրանք չենք ունենա, բարեբախտաբար Արցախում այդպես մտածողները շատ չեն, քանի որ մեր պատմությունը մեզ ապացուցել է, որ այլընտրանքներ միշտ կան, պարզապես դրանք ոչ միշտ են հեշտ և հաճախ պահանջում են շատ ծանր աշխատանք, ուժերի կենտրոնացում ու համախմբում, հրաժարում շատ բաներից, նվիրում, բայց միայն այդպես մենք կարող ենք ստիպել, որ մեզ հարգեն ու մեզ հետ հաշվի նստեն»,-նշել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարը։

Գաղափարական այս երկու ուղղվածությունները, քաղաքական գործիչների նման կեցվածքը վկայում է, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ընդհանրապես անելիք չունի Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնում, ընդամենը Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի դավաճան իշխանությունների տեղապահն է և ամեն ինչ անում է Արցախը Ադրբեջանին ինտեգրելու՝ մտածելով, թե միայն այդ կերպ կկարողանա վայելել իր ահռելի ունեցվածքը։

Մյուս կողմը, սակայն, վաղուց ապացուցել է իր հայրենասիրությունը, Ռուսաստանից Արցախ տեղափոխված մեծահարուստ Վարդանյանը թե՛ պետնախարար աշխատելու ընթացքում, թե՛ դրանից հետո այլևս փաստել է, որ կարող է լուրջ հայտ ներկայացնել Արցախը ղեկավարելու հարցում։
