Եվրո-2024-ի ընտրական փուլի 3-րդ տուրում Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականը հյուրընկալվել էր Ուելսին։ Հանդիպումն ավարտվեց 4-2 հաշվով՝ հօգուտ Հայաստանի հավաքականի։

Առաջին խաղակեսից հետո մեր ընտրանին հաղթում էր 2-1 հաշվով։ «Քարդիֆ Սիթի» ստադիոնում ընթացող խաղի հաշիվը 10-րդ րոպեին բացեցին տանտերերը․ աչքի ընկավ կիսապաշտպան Դենիել Ջեյմսը։

Բայց րոպեներ անց հյուրերի կազմում հաշիվը հավասարեցրեց Լուկաս Սելարայանը՝ իր առաջին գոլը խփելով ազգային հավաքականի կազմում։

Իսկ 30-րդ րոպեին Հրանտ-Լեոն Ռանոսը հավաքականի կազմում իր առաջին պաշտոնական խաղում արդեն մեր ընտրանուն հաշվի մեջ առաջ մղեց՝ 2-1։

Հայաստանի հավաքականը հանդիպումը սկսել էր հետևյալ կազմով․ Չանչարևիչ – Թիկնիզյան, Չալըշըր, Մկրտչյան, Հարությունյան, Դաշյան – Իվու, Սելարայան, Սպերցյան, Բարսեղյան – Հրանտ-Լեոն Ռանոս։ «Ալաշկերտի» դարպասապահ Օգնյեն Չանչարևիչը նորամուտը կնշի Հայաստանի հավաքականի կազմում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ 33-ամյա Օգնյեն Չանչարևիչը, որն արդեն 5 տարի է՝ խաղում է Հայաստանում՝ «Ալաշկերտում», ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն է ստացել և առաջին անգամ հրավիրվել ազգային հավաքական։

Հանդիպման մեկնարկից մեկ ժամ անց՝ 60-րդ րոպեին, մեր հավաքականի գլխավոր մարզիչ Ալեքսանդր Պետրակովը կրկնակի փոփոխություն կատարեց․ խաղադաշտ դուրս եկան Վահան Բիչախչյանը և Վարազդատ Հարոյանը։ Քիչ անց Հրանտ-Լեոն Ռանոսը դուբլ գրանցեց իր հաշվին՝ մեծացնելով Հայաստանի հավաքականի առավելությունն այս խաղում՝ 3-1։

Բայց 73-րդ րոպեին բրիտանացիները նորից կրճատեցին հաշվի տարբերությունը․ աչքի ընկավ Ուիլսոնը։

Սակայն ուելսցիների ուրախությունը երկար չտևեց․ Սելարայանը, ինչպես և Ռանոսը, րոպեներ անց ևս իր հաշվին դուբլ գրանցեց․ հանդիպման ավարտից 15 րոպե առաջ մարզադաշտի լուսատախտակին հաշիվն արդեն 2-4 էր և այդ թվերը խաղի մնացած ժամանակահատվածում մնացին անփոփոխ․․․

Այսպիսով՝ Հայաստանի հավաքականն առաջին միավորներն է վաստակում Եվրո-2024-ի ընտրական փուլում՝ մրցակցի հարկի տակ հաղթելով ԱԱ-2022-ի մասնակից Ուելսի հավաքականին։ Չանչարևիչի նորամուտը հաղթական ստացվեց, Ռանոսը հավաքականի կազմում իր առաջին պաշտոնական և երկրորդ խաղում անընդմեջ դուբլ է ձևակերպում, իսկ Սելարայանն ընդհանրապես առաջին գոլերն է խփում մեր ընտրանու կազմում, այս խաղում իր ակտիվում գրանցելով նաև գոլային փոխանցում։

Հաջորդ հանդիպումը մեր հավաքականը կանցկացնի Երևանում՝ հունիսի 19-ին հյուրընկալելով Լատվիայի ընտրանուն։
