Գերմանիան որոշել է սուբսիդիաներով նպաստել արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացմանը։ Գերմանիայի էկոնոմիկայի դաշնային նախարար Ռոբերտ Հաբեկը «Միություն/90 կանաչներ» կուսակցությունից, ծրագրում է նոր նախագիծ ներկայացնել արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացման ուղղությամբ։ Նախարարը կոչ է արել Գերմանիայում գործող ընկերություններին տեղեկացնել իրենց շահագրգռվածության մասին և ստանալ սուբսիդիաներ ներդրումային ծախսերի համար։

Հաբեկի խոսքով՝ Գերմանիային անհրաժեշտ են սեփական արտադրական հզորություններ։ Քաղաքական գործիչը նշել է, թե դա տնտեսական անվտանգության կարևորագույն հարց է։

Արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացման նախագիծը պետք է ոչ միայն ամրապնդի Գերմանիայի տեխնոլոգիական ինքնիշխանությունն, այլև գերմանական էներգետիկ քաղաքականության ինքնիշխանությունը։ Խոսքը գնում է մոտ 10 գեգավատ ընդհանուր արտադրական հզորության մասին, այսինքն Գերմանիան մտադիր է արտադրել ամեն ինչ՝ արևային մոդուլներից մինչև կուտակիչներ և մարտկոցներ, դրա համար շահագրգիռ ընկերությունները պետք է ապացուցեն, որ իսկապես կարիք ունեն պետական սուբսիդիաների։

Եվրոպայի առանցքային երկրներից մեկը գիտակցում է, որ նույնիսկ մեկ վահանակ այլ երկրից ներմուծելու հնարավորությունը լրջորեն վտանգում է Գերմանիայի էներգետիկ անվտանգությունն, ուստի և փորձում է պետական միջոցներով և քաղաքական կամքի առկայությամբ հարցին արմատական լուծում տալ։

Էներգետիկ անվտանգությունն երկրի ինքնիշխանության կարևորագույն բաղադրիչներից է, նման խնդիր ունի նաև Հայաստանն, որտեղ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», իսկ այլ սարքավորումներ որևէ ընկերություն այդպես էլ չի արտադրում։ Մեր երկիրը ևս Գերմանիայից օրինակ վերցնելու առանցքային պարտավորություն ունի։
