«Քանի դեռ Ռուսաստան-ՆԱՏՕ փաստացի պատերազմը չի ավարտվել, անմտություն է հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության պայմանագիր և հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորում քննարկել։

1945-ից ձևավորված նոր աշխարհակարգը վաղուց արդեն էֆեկտիվ չէ։

Աշխարհը թևակոխել է ոչ թե սառը, այլ տաք հակամարտություների փուլ։

Բայց Հայաստանի կապիտուլյանտ կառավարիչներն այս ամենը չեն ցանկանում տեսնել ու շարունակում են Հայաստանը դարձնել Ռուսաստան-ՆԱՏՕ հակամարտության նոր պոլիգոն։

Ի՞նչ պայմանավորվածություն էլ ձեռք բերվեն, ռուս-արևմտյան հակամարտության ավարտից հետո դրանք ռևիզիայի են ենթարկվելու։

Իսկ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելու Փաշինյանի վճռակաությունը նույնքան վճռականորեն բացել է իր բանակցային «աքիլեսյան գարշապարը»։

Սա զրոյացրել է Հայաստանի գործոն լինելու որևէ հեռանկարը։

Մի բան ակնհայտ է. մեզ նոր իշխանություն է պետք՝ հաշվարկված, պրագմատիկ, ռացիինալ քայլեր իրականացնելու համար։
