Նրա խոսքով՝ պատվաստման աշխատանքները բավականին մեծ թափով ընթանում են․ «Մենք հիմա բուժաշխատողների շրջանում ենք իրականացնում լայնածավալ պատվաստումներ, որովհետև առաջին թիրախը նրանք են, և, ցավոք սրտի, նաև փոխանցողը, երբ որ գալիս է ինչ-որ պացիենտ կարմրուկով: Կարծում ենք` այս պատվաստումների արդյունքում պետք է 1-2 ամսվա ընթացքում դեպքեր չլինեն»

Ավանեսյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում շարունակում են գրանցվել բերովի դեպքերը:

«Տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը բավականին լարված է, կան երկրներ, որտեղ բռնկումները շատ ավելի մեծ ծավալների են հասնում, ինչը ցույց է տալիս, որ մենք չենք կարող խուսափել նաև Հայաստանում անընդհատ բերովի դեպքերից»,-ասաց Ավանեսյանը:
