ՏԿԵՆ-ը, հաշվի առնելով 2023 եղանակային պայմանները, առաջարկում է Սևանա լճից ջրառի՝ 170 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր չափաքանակն ավելացնել մինչև 24 միլիոն խորանարդ մետրի: Այդ մասին ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստին ասաց ՏԿԵ նախարարի տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ նախագծով սահմանվում են լրացուցիչ ջրաքանակի բացթողման հետ պայմանավորված արտադրված էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսման ընթացակարգի ուղղություններ:

«2019-ի հուլիսի 10-ի դրությամբ Հրազդան գետի ջրթողությունը եղել է 12.6 խորանարդ մետր, 2020 թվականին՝ 7.6, 2021-ին՝ 4.9, 2022-ին՝ 10, 2023-ին՝ 6.6: Այսինքն՝ եթե 2021 ու 2023 թվականներն ենք նայում, նման են, մոտ են, համադրելի են ջրթողության ցուցանիշները, բոլոր մյուս տարիներին դրանք ավելի բարձր են: Բնականաբարար, այդ բարձրի պարագայում մենք կարողացել ենք այդ բալանսը պահել և Սևանա լճից լրացուցիչ ջրառ չենք իրականացրել»,- ասաց Տերտերյանը և հիշեցրեց, որ սահմանված չափաքանակի լրացուցիչ ջրառ է իրականացվել 2008, 2012, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2021 թվականներին:

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյոք էֆեկտի՞վ են օգտագործվո՞ւմ ջրային պաշարները: Վաչե Տերտերյանը նաև պարզաբանեց, որ 2023-ին Սևանա լճից ջրառն սկսվել է մայիսի 14-ից, մինչդեռ անցած տարի՝ հունիսի 3-ից, այսինքն՝ շուրջ կես ամսով ավելի շուտ:

«Մինչև այսօր Սևանից վերցրել եքն 82,3 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր: Արփա-Սևան թունել համակարգով, հիդրոտեխնիկական համակարգով դեպի Սևան տեղափոխվել է 81,38 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր: Այսինքն՝ 82.3 վերցրել ենք, 81.3 տեղափոխել ենք:

81.3 տեղափոխված ջուրը ես ուզում եմ համեմատել 2022 թվականին տեղափոխված ջրի հետ, նույն ցուցանիշը 2022 թվականին եղել է 148 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր: Սա խոսում է մի բանի մասին, որ մենք այս տարի իսկապես ունենք ջրի լուրջ դեֆիցիտ, այսինքն՝ ոչ մի խորանարդ մետր ջուր, որը կարող էր տեղափոխվել Արփա-Սևանով, այլ ուղղությամբ չի գնացել և չէր էլ կարող գնալ: Այսինքն՝ անցած տարվա 148-ի փոխարեն մենք տեղափոխել ենք 81.38»,- ասաց նա:

Տերտերյանը նա հիշեցրեց, որ մայիսի 14-ից հետո Սևանա լճի մակարդակը 13 սանտիմետրով բարձրացել է այն դեպքում, երբ ոռոգման համար վերցված ջուրը և Արփա-Սևանով տեղափոխված ջուրը գրեթե համարժեք են:

Վաչե Տերտերյանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ ԳԱԱ-ն դեմ է եղել լրացուցիչ ջրառին:
