Արցախում հումանիտար վիճակը գնալով ավելի է ծանրանում, խանութների մեծ մասը փակվել են վաճառելու ոչինչ չունենալու պատճառով: ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել տիրող իրավիճակի մասին:

«Արցախում չի կարող իրավիճակը դրական փոփոխություն ունենալ, իրավիճակը նույնիսկ րոպեների ընթացքում կարող է փոխվել դեպի ավելի վատը: Արցախում արդեն խանութների մեծ մասը փակ է, մեքենաներն անգամ հաց չեն կարող տանել խանութներ, վառելիք չունենալու պատճառով: Քար լռություն է Ստեփանակերտում, նույնիսկ շարժ չկա, ուղղակի բառեր չկան բնութագրելու այս ծայրահեղ իրավիճակը: Մարդկանց մոտ շատ մեծ անհանգստություն է, լարվածությունը նույնիսկ օդի մեջ է կախված:

Բազմաթիվ մարդիկ կան, որ հենց այս պահին էլ ոչինչ չունեն ուտելու, և դու չգիտես արդեն քո եղած մի փոքրիկ բանը ում հետ կիսել: Արցախում ուղղակի գնելու ոչինչ չկա, բացառությամբ մի քանի տեսակի միրգ բանջարեղենի, որոնք աստղաբաշխական գների են, և մարդիկ նույնիսկ ռիսկ չեն անում մոտենալ դրանց: Օրինակ լոլիկն արժե 2300-2500դրամ, սմբուկը եթե իհարկե լինում է, 2000 դրամ, վարունգը՝ 1400-1500 դրամ և այլն:
