ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային անհետաձգելի և մեծածավալ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է ժամեր առաջ կատարված սպանության և մի քանի անձանց դանակահարության դեպքը:

Այս մասին հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2023թ. հուլիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 01.00-ի սահմաններում, Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի Զ.Անդրանիկի փողոցում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել մի խումբ երիտասարդների միջև, որի ընթացքում նրանցից մեկն իր մոտ եղած դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել իր հետ վիճաբանող անձանցից չորսին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ Դրա հետևանքով մեկ անձ՝ ծնված 2003թ., ստացել է կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ և, գիտակցության չգալով, նույն օրը մահացել է «Աբովյան ԲԿ» ՓԲԸ-ի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում։ Իսկ մյուս երեք անձինք, տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով, տեղափոխվել են բժշկական կենտրոններ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 167-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննության իրականացումը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին: Հինգ անձ ճանաչվել է տուժող:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է միջադեպին մասնակից անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր համաքաղաքացիներ են՝ Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի բնակիչներ:

Կատարվել են մի շարք վարութային և դատավարական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, հարցաքննվել են բազմաթիվ անձինք։ Քրեական վարույթով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ տուժողների մարմնական վնասվածքների բնույթը, ծանրության աստիճանը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1991թ.: Վերջինս դեպքից ժամեր անց հայտնաբերվել է, սպանություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածով ձերբակալվել, ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին և հարցաքննվել՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ և անհետաձգելի միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, այդ թվում՝ շարժառիթը պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվծկարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
