2014 թ. դեկտեմբերի 4-ին հայ ժողովրդի իշխանությունը յուրացրած ռեժիմը և նրա հրահանգներով գործող կեղծ ընդդիմության պատգամավորները, խախտելով ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը, Ազգային ժողովի որոշմամբ վավերացրեցին «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պայմանագրին միանալու մասին» ՀՀ պայմանագիրը: Այդ քայլով ռեժիմը ու նրա գլխավորած քաղաքական վերնախավը տնտեսական (Արցախի մասով՝ նաև համազգային բնույթի քաղաքական ու անվտանգային նշանակություն ունեցող) ռազմավարական որոշումների կայացման իրավունքը հանձնեցին օտարին և փաստորեն անցան մեր պետությունը նորգաղութային կախյալությունից դեպի դասական գաղութային կախյալություն տանելու սահմանը՝ ռեալ վտանգի ենթարկելով հայության համար անսակարկելի արժեքներ համարվող Արցախը և մեր պետության ինքնիշխանությունն ու անվտանգությունը:
Միևնույն ժամանակ՝ այս քայլը գաղութային վարչակազմի վերածվող ռեժիմի և ազգայինի հաշվին օտար շահեր սպասարկող քաղաքական վերնախավի յուրօրինակ գաղտնազերծում (լյուստրացիա) է: Ուստի պետք է արձանագրել, որ դավաճանության ուղին են բռնել ոչ միայն այս պայմանագրին կողմ կամ ձեռնպահ քվեարկած, այլև քվեարկությանը չմասնակցած կամ դրանից բացակայած բոլոր այն պատգամավորները, ովքեր հետագայում դեմ չեն արտահայտվի դրան:
Նախախորհրդարանը հերթական անգամ հավաստիացնում է, որ «100-ամյակը առանց ռեժիմի» շարժումը 2015 թ. ապրիլի 24-ին՝ մեր զոհերի հիշատակը ոգեկոչելով ու մեր ազգային պահանջատիրական իրավունքին տեր լինելով հանդերձ, ոտքի է հանելու ժողովրդին և նրա կամքի պարտադրմամբ հեռացնելու է ազգուրաց ու հանցավոր ռեժիմին: Ռեժիմին հեռացնելուց հետո չեղյալ են հայտարարվելու ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության և շահերի հաշվին կնքված բոլոր միջազգային պայմանագրերը, այդ թվում՝ «ԵՏՄ պայմանագրին միանալու մասին» ՀՀ պայմանագիրը, իսկ մեր պետության արտաքին քաղաքականությունը կառուցվելու է հայաստանակենտրոնության սկզբունքով:
Մեր պարագայում այդ սկզբունքը ենթադրում է, որ Հայաստանը.
1. մաս չի կազմելու որևէ վերպետական միությանը,
2. առավել՝ քան բավարար, համարելով անվտանգության ոլորտում իր և Ռուսաստանի համագործակցությունը, հավասարակշռելու է նրա հետ հարաբերությունները բոլոր ոլորտներում,
3. Արևմուտքի և մյուս աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնների հետ հաստատելու է մեր ազգային շահերն իրացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ մակարդակի և բնույթի գործընկերություն,
4. հարևան Իրանի հետ հաստատելու է ռազմավարական-տանդեմային դաշինք և այդ կերպով վերստին ստանձնելու է պատմականորեն իրեն վերապահված՝ տարածաշրջանային և քաղաքակրթական կամուրջ-միջնորդի դերը:
Նախախորհրդարանը վստահ է, որ հայկական բանակը և, ի վերջո, նաև մյուս ուժային կառույցները, 2015 թ. ապրիլի 24-ից սկսած կանգնելու են մեր ժողովրդի կողքին: Այս ամենի հաշվառմամբ՝ Նախախորհրդարանը մեր Հայրենիքի ապագայով մտահոգ բոլոր ուժերին ու անհատներին կոչ է անում միանալ ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարին, ակտիվորեն մասնակցել մեր ժողովրդի կամքը ներկայացնող Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի ձևավորման և 2015 թ. ապրիլի 24-ին ռեժիմին հեռացնելու կազմակերպման գործընթացներին:
