Հայաստանի բանկերի միութունը վերլուծել է ՀՀ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի (ՀՀ ՊԵԿ) կողմից հրապարակվող առաջին 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում ՀՀ առևտրային բանկերի ընդգրկվածության միտումները:

Միության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ, մասնավորապես, սվում է. «Հայաստանի թվով 18 առևտրային բանկերից 17-ը 2023 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակի կտրվածքով շարունակում են դիրքային առաջընթաց գրանցել առաջին 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում (Աղյուսակ 1): Հաշվետու կիսամյակում բանկերը քանակական ներկայացվածությամբ ապահովել են 1.7% տեսակարար կշիռ, իսկ վճարած հարկերի առումով՝ 10.6%:

Համաձայն ՀՀ ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից հրապարակված կիսամյակային վիճակագրության, հարկային մուտքերը բոլոր 1000 կազմակերպությունների գծով կազմել են 874.5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, որը նախորդ տարվա  նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելացել է 21.1%-ով:

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում վերոնշյալ ցանկում ընդգրկված թվով 17 առևտրային բանկերը գեներացրել են  93.1 մլրդ դրամի չափով հարկային մուտքեր, որը  կազմել է  ընդհանուր ծավալի 10.6%-ը: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ  նշված ցուցանիշն ավելացել է 60.2 մլրդ  ՀՀ դրամով, այսինքն հավելաճը կազմել է շուրջ 182.9%:

2023թ․ առաջին կիսամյակում  առևտրային բանկերի վճարած ընդամենը հարկերի միջինացված ցուցանիշը մեկ բանկի հաշվով կազմել է 5 478 մլն դրամ, որն ավելի քան 6 անգամ գերազանցում է մնացած հարկ վճարողների միջինացված ցուցանիշը՝ կազմելով 795 մլն դրամ (Գծապատկեր 1): Հարկ է նկատել, որ նախորդ տարվա համադրելի ժամանակահատվածում այս ցուցանիշը բանկերի մասով կազմել է՝ 2 055 մլն դրամ, որը ևս գերազանցում էր մնացած հարկ վճարողների  միջինը (701մլն դրամ) շուրջ 3 անգամ:

1000 խոշոր հարկատուների վճարած ուղղակի հարկերի ծավալը շահութահարկի և եկամտահարկի գծով կազմել է 332.7 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, որից բանկերի վճարած ուղղակի հարկերը կազմել են շուրջ 86.9 մլրդ դրամ կամ ընդհանուր ուղղակի հարկերի 202.7%-ը: Այս ցուցանիշի մասով նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ արձանագրվել է է 58.2 մլրդ դրամի կամ 65% աճ:

Ուշագրավ է, որ առևտրային բանկերի վճարած շահութահարկի և եկամտահարկի միջինացված ցուցանիշը մեկ բանկի հաշվով կազմել է 5 109 մլն դրամ՝ գերազանցելով մնացած կազմակերպությունների միջինացված ցուցանիշը, որը կազմել է 250 մլն դրամ: Նշված ցուցանիշը նախորդ տարվա համադրելի ժամանակահատվածում կազմել է 1 792 մլն դրամ, որը ևս գերազանցում էր մնացած կազմակերպությունների միջինը ( 224 մլն դրամ)
