Արման Թաթոյանը` որպես գլխավոր զեկուցող, հուլիսի 10-ին Բարսելոնայում մասնակցել է ցեղասպանագետների միջազգային միության 2023 թ. կոնֆերանսին:

Արման Թաթոյանն իր ելույթում փաստերով ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի ու Արցախի դեմ 2016, 2020, 2022թթ. Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմների փաստերը, նրանց շարունակվող վայրագությունները, որոնք ոչ միայն չեն պատժվում, այլ նաև խրախուսվում են Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից:

Ելույթով ներկայցվել են ադրբեջանական հանցավոր արարքները Հայաստանի սահմանային բնակավայրերի նկատմամբ, մասնավորապես` այն, որ բնակիչները չեն կարողանում օգտագործել իրենց արոտավայրերը, խոտհարքներն ու վարելահողերը, վաստակել ընտանիքի եկամուտը եւ այլն: Ընդ որում, խախտումները բնույթով նույնն են թե´ Հայաստանում (Սյունիք, Գեղարքունիք, Վայոց ձոր), թե´ Արցախում:

Գլխավոր զեկույցում ներկայացվել են նաեւ ապացույցներ Ադրբեջանում ապօրինի պահվող հայ գերիների, քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերն ավերելու, զինծառայողներին խոշտանգելու, մարմինները մասնատելու, հայ գերեվարված զինծառայողներին գնդակահարելու վերաբերյալ:

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ոչ միայն շարունակում են Արցախի ժողովրդի հանդեպ թշնամանքի քաղաքականությունը, այլեւ իրենց վերահսկողության ներքո հայտնված տարածքներում վերացնում են հայկական ինքնության բոլոր հետքերը` անվանափոխում են հայկական բնակավայրերը, ոչնչացնում ու պղծում են եկեղեցիներ և այլն: Այս ամենը եւս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է, որ Արցախի հայերի ֆիզիկակական անվտանգության և կյանքի իրավունքի երաշխավորումն անհնար է Ադրբեջանի իրավասության ներքո։

Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները շարունակում են իրենց ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը` շրջափակման մեջ պահեկլով Արցախը, փակելով կյանքի ճանապարհը` 120 000 մարդու մատնելով սովի:  Այս կերպ Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունն Արցախի բնակիչներին մտադրված ենթարկում է իրական տեռորի` ամբողջական մեկուսացումով ստեղծում է անորոշ վիճակ, տագնապի զգացողություն կյանքի և առողջության համար հուսահատություն:
