Wildberries միջազգային առցանց հարթակը ԱՊՀ երկրներում գործարկել է թերություններով ապրանքների վերադարձի նորացված մեխանիզմ։

Այժմ ապրանքը ստանալուց՝ այն թերի լինելու դեպքում, նաև սխալ ուղարկված ապրանքի կամ ոչ ամբողջական լինելու դեպքում, գնորդը անմիջապես կարող է տեղեկացնել այդ մասին ապրանքների տրամադրման կետի մենեջերին։

Ապրանքների տրամադրման կետի աշխատակիցը կստուգի ապրանքները և համապատասխան նշում կկատարի իր աշխատանքային ինտերֆեյսում. այս դեպքում թերի ապրանքների հետադարձ տեղափոխման արժեքը չի գանձվի: Նախկինում վերադարձի վճարը հաճախորդներին փոխհատուցվում էր ավելի ուշ՝ պահեստում ապրանքների թերությունը հաստատելուց հետո:

«Մենք ձգտում ենք դարձնել հարթակը տեխնոլոգիապես առաջադեմ և հարմարավետ ինչպես վաճառողների, այնպես էլ գնորդների համար. միշտ հաշվի ենք առնում ծառայություններից օգտվողների կարծիքները և հետադարձ կապը: Նախատեսում ենք էլ ավելի զարգացնել հարթակում ապրանքների վերադարձման ֆունկցիոնալությունը. մոտ ապագայում ակնկալում ենք թերություններով ապրանքների վերադարձի և սուրհանդակային առաքմամբ նոր համակարգի գործարկում»,- մեկնաբանել են Wildberries-ի մամուլի ծառայությունում։
