Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց՝ տեսնում է, որ սրճարաններում շարունակում են ծխել: Նա պարզաբանում պահանջեց Ներքին գործերի նախարար Վահե Ղազարանից։

Նախարարն էլ ասաց, թե վիճակն, իրոք, մտահոգիչ է․ «2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև այսօր ընդհանուր կազմվել է 7 հազար 186 վարչական արձանագրություն, այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում կազմվել է 31 արձանագրություն»։

Ղազարյանի խոսքով՝ 352 պաշտոնատար անձի նկատմամբ նույնպես վարչական արձանագրություն է կազմվել, այս շաբաթվա մեջ՝ 15։ «Պարոն վարչապետ, ամեն ինչ կանենք, որ ունենանք դրական արդյունքներ»,- ասաց նա։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ շեշտեց՝ իրենց նպատակը տուգանքներ գրելը չէ, նպատակն այն է, որ մարդիկ չծխեն։ «Պատասխանատվությունը պետք է դնենք նաև սեփականատերերի ու աշխատողների վրա, որ նրանք թույլ չտան ծխել»,- ասաց նա։

Վարչապետն ասաց, թե ուզում են ծխողի համար դիսկոմֆորտ ստեղծել, որ ծխելու համար պայմանը հարմարավետ չլինի․ «Ուզում ենք բոլոր հնարավոր ձևերով արգելակենք մարդու ծխելու հնարավորությունը»։

Փաշինյանն ասաց, թե ինքն էլ է ծխող ու չի կարծում, որ որևէ ծխող դժգոհ է, որ օրվա մեջ քիչ է ծխել։

«Ես էլ եմ ծխող, չեմ հիշում, որ ես դժգոհ մնամ, որ այդ օրը քիչ ծխեցի, ընդհակառակը, մարդիկ դժգոհ են մնում, որ սովորականից շատ են ծխել»,- հավելեց վարչապետը։
