Ճանապարհային մեծ օղակի հայեցակարգ․ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ներկայացրեց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության Երևանին վերաբերող ևս մեկ մեգանախագիծ

Ինչպե՞ս պետք է կարգավորել երևեկությունը Երևանում և ի՞նչ նոր ճանապարհների կառուցման անհրաժեշտություն  կա մայրաքաղաքում, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները օրվա տարբեր ժամերի չհայտնվեն խցանումների մեջ, չնյարդայնանան ու չփչացնեն իրենց կյանքի որակը: 

«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ, Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Մանե Թանդիլյանը Երևանի ճանապարհային Երկրորդ Մեծ օղակի հայեցակարգը ներկայացրեց քաղաքացիներին:  Մեծ օղակը շրջանցիկ ճանապարհ կարող է դառնալ  Փոքր կենտրոն մտնելու և մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր վարչական շրջաններ հասնելու համար:

«Խցանումները մեր կյանքը  վերածել են դժոխքի: Մենք մեր կյանքի մի մասը անց ենք կացնում խցանումներում, մենք միշտ ուշանում ենք, և դառնում անպարտաճանաչ խցանումների հետևանքով: Շտապօգնության մեքենաների մասին խցանումներում հայտնվելու մասին էլ չեմ խոսում, երբ ամեն վայրկյանը մարդկային կյանք կարող է արժենալ»,- ասել է նա։

Հարմարավետություն, մատչելիություն և արագություն․ սրանք են այն երեք չափանիշները, որոնք կարող են տրանսպորտային փոխադրումները, երթևեկության համակարգը դարձնել լիարժեք: Մեծ օղակը կունենա հետիոտնային մեծ մայթեր, կհստակեցվեն հեծանվային ուղիները, կառուցվող ճանապարհը կունենա 40 մետր լայնություն:

«Երևանի խցանումների խնդրին լուծում տալու համար նախևառաջ պետք է բացահայտել և ճիշտ ձևակերպել վերջիններիս առաջացման պատճառները, իսկ դրանք քաղաքային ոչ պատշաճ կառավարման և տրանսպորտային անարդյունավետ համակարգի հետևանք են։ Ինչպես և տրանսպորտային ճոպանուղին, այնպես էլ ճանապարհային մեծ օղակը մեր այն մեգանախագծերից է, որն ուղղված է Երևանի խցանումների հիմնախնդրի լուծմանը»»,- ասել է նա։

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում «Ապրելու Երկիր» կուսակցության ավագանու թեկնածու, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մասնագետ Դավիթ Մարգարյանն  ավելի մանրամասն ներկայացրեց ճանապարհային Մեծ օղակի նախագիծը։

«Ճանապարհն այնքան լայն է  լինելու, որ ամեն կողմում լինելու է չորս երթևեկելի գոտի»,- ասել է նա: 

 Ճանապարհային Մեծ օղակի կառուցմամբ կստեղծվեն նոր կանաչապատ տարածքներ և գոտիներ: Այս մեծ նախագիծը կիրականացվի նաև մասնավորի հետ համագործակցությամբ, և Երևանը կդառնա ոչ թե տրանսպորտային միջոցների, այլ՝ մարդկանց համար հարմարավետ քաղաք։
