Ակնհայտ է, որ մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ն իշխանությունը չի կատարելու ընդդիմադիր Քառյակի 12 պահանջները: Էլ չասած այն մասին, որ մի շարք կետեր իշխանությունը մերժել է բացահայտորեն:
Սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Քառյակը պետք է հավաքվի ու մտածի՝ ինչ անել:
Լուծումները մի քանիսն են:
Պահանջների մեծ մասն ուղղված է կառավարությանը ու տրամաբանական կլինի կաբինետի հրաժարականի պահանջը:
Բայց այստեղ երկու խնդիր կա:
Քառյակի ամենաազդեցիկ ուժի ղեկավարն ու վարչապետը խնամիներ են, իսկ Հայաստանում քաղաքական կատեգորիաները միշտ ստորադավում են անձնական հարաբերություններին:
Բացի այդ, կառավարության հրաժարականի պահանջը գուցե նույնիսկ ձեռնտու լինի Սերժ Սարգսյանի համար՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի թիմին ավելի կառավարելի դարձնելու համար: Չմոռանանք, որ նույն Քառյակի՝ Տիգրան Սարգսյանի կառավարության հրաժարականի պահանջը գարնանը Սերժ Սարգսյանին պետք եկավ: Իհարկե, դա նախագահն արեց ոչ թե ընդդիմության սիրուն աչքերի, այլ՝ սեփական իշխանության կայունությունն ապահովելու համար:
Քառյակը կարող է դնել նախագահի հրաժարականի պահանջ:
Բայց սա շատ տեսական է, որովհետև այս հարցում չորս քաղաքական ուժերը չունեն կոնսենսուս. ԲՀԿ-ն ու ՀՅԴ-ն որև անգամ հրապարակավ չեն արտահայտվել նախագահի հրաժարականի պահանջով:
Ու վերջապես ոչ իշխանական ուժերը կարող են հասունացնել խորհրդարանի ճգնաժամ՝ ասենք մանդատներից հրաժարվելով կամ այդ օրակարգով հանրահավաքներ անցկացնելով: Սակայն ոչիշխանական 51-52 պատգամավորներից շատերի համար հենց մանդատն է գլխավոր հաղթաթուղթը:
Ի տարբերություն հայտնի ֆիլմի նույնքան հայտնի հերոսի, որին կոստյումը չէ, որ պետք է զարդարեր՝ մեր պատգամավորներից շատերին զարդարում է հենց մանդատը, իսկ գուցե՝ միայն մանդատը:
Գուց տխուր կանխատեսում ստացվեց, բայց ենթադրում եմ, որ չորս ուժերի համագործակցությունն այդպես էլ կմնա խորհրդարանի ներսում, իսկ նրանց հիմնական հաջողությունը կլինի խորհրդարանական նիստերի հազվադեպ տապալումները...
