«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել նախագծերի փաթեթ, որի նպատակն է փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարել «Պետական կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքում և դրան առնչվող հարակից մի շարք օրենքներում։ Մասնավորաբար, առաջարկվում է վերանայել «Պետական կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքով աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի չափը հաշվարկելու բանաձևը՝ միասնականացնելով աշխատանքային ստաժի 1 տարվա համար սահմանվող չափը և միաժամանակ հանելով «նվազագույն կենսաթոշակ» եզրույթը: Բացի դա, կենսաթոշակ վճարելը դադարեցնելու մասին գրավոր հայտարարություն ներկայացնելու դեպքում կներդրվի կենսաթոշակի չափի ավելացման հնարավորություն՝ Գ2 լրացուցիչ կենսաթոշակի գործակցի կիրառում՝ ավելացման չափը յուրաքանչյուր լրիվ 12 ամսվա համար սահմանվելու է օրենքի համապատասխան հավելվածով:

Կհստակեցվի զինվորական կենսաթոշակի իրավունք ունեցող շահառուների շրջանակը և կվերանայվի զինվորական կենսաթոշակի իրավունք տվող պայմանները: Զինվորական կենսաթոշակի իրավունք ունեցող անձանց շրջանակը հստակեցնելու հետ միաժամանակ կենսաթոշակի արտոնություններ կսահմանվեն դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարողների, հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում ծառայողների, քննչական կոմիտեում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցրած անձանց, դատախազների, դատական կարգադրիչների համար: Նշված անձանց համար կսահմանվի կենսաթոշակի նոր տեսակ՝ պետական ծառայողների երկարամյա ծառայության կենսաթոշակ:

Կենսաթոշակի նոր տեսակի համար կսահմանվեն կենսաթոշակի իրավունք տվող հաշվառվող ժամանակահատվածները, որոնք ներառում են մինչև պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցնելը զինվորական ծառայության ժամանակահատվածները, ինչպես նաև դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարողի, հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում ծառայողի, քննչական կոմիտեում ինքնավար պաշտոն, դատախազի, դատական կարգադրիչի պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու ժամանակահատվածները: Սոցիալական նպաստները կվերանվանվեն սոցիալական կենսաթոշակներ»:
