«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այն, որ ադրբեջանական քարոզչությունը, ինչպես այդ պետությունն ինքնին, հիմնված է հանցագործ էության ու բացարձակ կեղծիքի վրա, հանրահայտ է: Բայց Ադրբեջանի տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ չեն դադարում նոր օրինակներ հրամցնել՝ բնորոշ հատուկ ցինիզմով:

Օրինակ՝ ցինիզմի ու կեղծիքի վառ օրինակ է Ալիևի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի ակնհայտ ստահոդ պնդումը, թե՝ Ադրբեջանը ոչ մեկին չի ստիպում լքել Ղարաբաղը, թե՝ Ղարաբաղից հեռանալը հայ բնակիչների անձնական և անհատական որոշումն է, թե՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԼՂ-ում իրականացված «հակաահաբեկչական միջոցառումներն» ուղղված չեն խաղաղ բնակչությանն ու ենթակառուցվածքներին:

Դիտարկենք հանրահայտ փաստերը: Մի կողմ թողնենք տասնամյակներ շարունակ Բաքվի դրսևորած ահաբեկչական գործողությունների փաստերը, ընդամենը «թարմ» տվյալներից մի քանիսը դիտարկենք. 2022 թ. դեկտեմբերի 10-ից սկսած ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ ավելի քան 9 ամիս շարունակ կիրառել են տոտալ շրջափակման, սովի մատնելու, հումանիտար աղետի վիճակ ստեղծելու քաղաքականություն, փակել են պարենի ու առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների, այդ թվում՝ դեղորայքի, բժշկական պարագաների մատակարարման ճանապարհները: Ի լրումն, ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները պարբերաբար խափանել են Արցախի էներգամատակարարումը, գազամատակարարումը, ջրամատակարարումը: Ադրբեջանական զինուժը հետևողականորեն կրակ է բացել դաշտային գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ կատարող խաղաղ բնակիչների վրա՝ այդպիսով խափանելով հողը մշակելու, պտուղ-բանջարեղեն, հացահատիկ ստանալու հնարավորությունները:

Կոնկրետ վերջին հարձակման օրերին ադրբեջանական զինուժը թիրախավորել է կանանց ու երեխաներին, ծերերին, խաղաղ բնակիչներին ու հրթիռահրետանային հարվածներ է հասցրել բնակելի շենքերին, տներին: Ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով սպանվել են բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիական անձինք, այդ թվում՝ երեխաներ, դեռահասներ: Արձանագրվել են սպանված խաղաղ բնակիչների դիերի մասնատման ու հոշոտման, ծանակման դեպքեր: Ըստ էության, ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները թույլ են տվել (ինչպես միշտ, ի դեպ) պատերազմական հանցագործություններ, իրականացրել են ցեղասպանական ոճիրներ: Ու նման իրավիճակում իսկապես պիտի Հաջիև լինես՝ հայտարարելու համար, թե՝ Ադրբեջանը ոչ մեկին չի ստիպում լքել Ղարաբաղը, կամ թե ռազմական ագրեսիան ուղղված չէ խաղաղ բնակչությանն ու ենթակառուցվածքներին: Հասկանում ենք, ադրբեջանցիները հիմքեր են ստեղծում իրենց հանցագործությունների համար հետագայում պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու համար: Բայց փաստերն այնքան աղաղակող են, որ ոչ մի կեղծարարություն ու սուտ չի կարող թաքցնել այդ ամենը...
