«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ներքին գործերի նախարարության՝ հանրային քննարկման ներկայացված նախագծի ընդունման արդյունքում կսահմանվեն ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման առանձնահատուկ պահանջարկ ունեցող համարանիշների չափորոշիչները, ինչպես նաև տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման առանձնահատուկ պահանջարկ ունեցող համարանիշների չափորոշիչներում օգտագործվող պայմանական նշանների նշանակությունը:

Սահմանված է նաև, որ իրավաբանական անձանց տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման առանձնահատուկ պահանջարկ ունեցող համարանիշներում չի կարող օգտագործվել «L» և «U» տառերի համադրությունը։ Նախարարությունն ընդգծում է, որ նախագծի ընդունմամբ ակնկալվում է պետական բյուջեում եկամուտների էական ավելացում, սակայն այս փուլում հնարավոր չէ կանխատեսել այդ չափը:

Տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման առանձնահատուկ պահանջարկ ունեցող համարանիշների աճուրդային մեկնարկային գները պետք է սահմանվեն ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարի հրամանով, որի դեպքում նոր միայն հնարավոր կլինի ակնկալել տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման առանձնահատուկ պահանջարկ ունեցող համարանիշների մեկնակարկային գնից առնվազն մեկ քայլ ավելի արժեքով բոլոր համարանիշների կամ դրանց մի խմբի կամ խմբի որոշ մասի (տեսակի) ձեռք բերման դեպքում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե մուտքագրվող եկամտի չափը։
