Պետությունը չի ցանկանում աջակցել Արցախցի տեղահանված ընտանիքին, որտեղ ապրում են 3 անչափահաս երեխա։ Պատճառն այն է, որ ընտանիքն Արցախից դուրս է եկել այս տարվա ապրիլին։ Սեպտեմբերի 19-ի մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ զոհվել է ընտանիքի հայրը։ Նա մի քանի ամիս առաջ կնոջն ու երեք երեխաներին ստիպել է գալ Հայաստան, քանի որ ինքն ամբողջ ժամանակը դիրքերում է անցկացրել: Հիմա սա պատճառ բռնելով հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ զոհվածի երեխաներին չեն տալիս 100 հազար դրամ միանվագ գումարը և 50 հազար դրամ կացարանի գումարը։ Ընտանիքն ապրել է զինվորական հոր աշխատավարձով և ստացել է նպաստ, որն այստեղ էլ չեն տալիս։ Ընտանիքը սոցալական և հոգեբանական ծանր վիճակում է գտնվում։
