«Ռուսական գրքի տան» հիմնադիր, Ռուս-հայկական գործարար խորհրդի վարչության նախագահ, մեկենաս Մհեր Ավետիսյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում «Արդյո՞ք ինձ Ռուսաստանն է «հովանավորում»» վերնագրով գրառում է կատարել, որում, մասնավորապես, ասված է․
 
«Երբ քաղաքականությամբ չզբաղվող և չհետաքրքրվող մարդիկ են նման գնահատականներ հնչեցնում, որ իբր ինձ կամ մեկ այլ գործչի հովանավորում է Ռուսաստանը կամ Կրեմլը, ինչ-որ տեղ հասկանալի է։ Բայց, երբ նման գնահատականներ են հնչեցնում իրենց քաղաքական գործիչ կամ քաղաքական վերլուծաբան համարող, քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվող շրջանակները, դա կարող է խոսել երկու բանի մասին։ Կա'մ այս մարդիկ նպատակաուղղված կերպով դիտավորություն են անում, կա'մ էլ սպասարկում են հակառուսական և հակահայկական օրակարգեր։
 
Քաղաքականությամբ քիչ թե շատ հետաքրքրվող, առավել ևս քաղաքական մտածողություն ունեցող գործիչները, կարող են տեսնել և ըստ արժանվույն գնահատել, թե ես ինչ արժանապատվությամբ եմ Ռուսաստանի տարբեր գերատեսչությունների հետ համագործակցաբար ծրագրեր իրականացնում։
 
Այդ համագործակցության մեջ ի սկզբանե տեղ չունի հովանավորության մասին կեղծ դրույթը։
 
Ինչո՞ւ եմ անդրադառնում այս թեմային։
 
Հայտնի է, որ տարիներ շարունակ տարբեր գործիչներ փորձելով հենց իրենց ներկայացնել «Ռուսաստանի մարդը» Հայաստանում, «Կրեմլի մարդը» Հայաստանում, ձևավորել են մի արատավոր մտածողություն, թե Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանում ունի իր քաղաքական գործիչները, հավանաբար, իրենց նկատի ունենալով, թե Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանում աջակցում է այս կամ այն ուժին կամ անհատին, ինչը իրականության հետ որևէ աղերս չունի։
 
Իմ համոզմամբ, Ռուսաստանը չի միջամտում ոչ միայն Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին, այլ՝ առհասարակ որևէ պետության ներքին գործերին։
 
Ավելին' Ռուսաստանն, այսօր պայքար է տանում արևմտյան պետությունների դեմ, նախ և առաջ, որպեսզի արևմտյան պետությունները ևս հարգեն այլ պետությունների սուվերենությունը և չմիջամտեն նրանց ներքին գործերին։ Եվ այս իմաստով, ի տարբերություն արևմտյան պետությունների, որոնք ոչ միայն խառնվում են տարբեր պետությունների ներքին գործերին, այլ նաև՝ հեղափոխությունների և հակասահմանադրական գործողությունների միջոցով աջակցում են իրենց կողմնակիցներին տարբեր երկրներում բռնազավթելու իշխանությունը, ինքը երբեք չի միջամտել և չի միջամտում որևէ երկրի ներքին գործերին և խնդիր չի դնում որևէ պետության ներսում իր աջակիցներին կամ կողմնակիցներին օգնելու, որպեսզի նրանք գան իշխանության։
 
Ռուսաստանը հայ ժողովրդի բարեկամն է, Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի բարեկամն է և Ռուսաստանը հարգում է Հայաստանի սուվերենությունն ու Հայաստանի ժողովրդի՝ սեփական երկիրը սեփական կամքով կառավարելու որոշումը։
 
Իբրև համեստ հայորդի, ես կարող եմ ունենալ միայն մեկ հովանավոր' հանձին Մեծն Հայ Ժողովրդի։
 
Այսինքն' Հայաստանից դուրս, ես չեմ կարող ունենալ հովանավորներ»։
