Բանակի դեմ Փաշինյանի արշավը ձախողվում է

Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, փորձելով պարտության ողջ մեղքը բարդել բանակի վրա, բազմաթիվ զինվորականների և տարբեր այլ անձանց դեմ պետական դավաճանության հոդվածով մեղադրանքներ էր առաջադրում։ Իրավապահ մարմիններն էլ մեկը մյուսի հետևից ձերբակալում էին տասնյակ և հարյուրավոր սպաների՝ շատ դեպքերում հայտնելով նրանց անունները, կամ էլ հիմնականում գաղտնի պահելով։

Երեք տարի անց այլևս փաստ է, որ բազմաթիվ մեղադրանքներ քարուքանդ են եղել։ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Ջալալ Հարությունյանն արդարացվել է պատերազմի ընթացքում Ջաբրայիլի Լելե Թեփե բարձունքը հետ գրավելու փորձի դրվագով, ստացված ռազմագիտական փորձաքննության արդյունքներով՝ պարզվել է, որ հակահարվածի օպերացիան Ջալալ Հարությունյանը չէ, որ տանուլ է տվել, մինչդեռ մեկ տարի առաջ մեղադրանքն առաջադրելիս քննչական կոմիտեն պնդում էր, որ հենց 48-ամյա գեներալ-լեյտենատի գործողությունների հետևանքով է ձախողվել հակահարվածը։ Հարությունյանը դեռևս մեղադրվում է մեկ այլ դրվագով, սակայն նրա փաստաբանը վստահ է, որ այդ դրվագով ևս արդարացվելու է։

Մեկ այլ փաստաբան՝ Արթուր Հարությունյանն էլ հայտնել է, թե պետական դավաճանության մեջ մեղադրվող իր պաշտպանյալի խափանման միջոցը փոխվել է և նա դատարանի դահլիճից ազատ է արձակվել։ Մեղադրյալի անունը և քրեական գործի այլ մանրամասներ փաստաբանը հասկանալիորեն չի հայտնում, նշել է միայն, որ իր պաշտպանյալը մեկ տարի եղել է կալանավորված։

Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ էլ ազատ էր արձակվել նույն փաստաբանի մեկ այլ պաշտպանյալ՝ նույն հոդվածով և այս ամենը վկայում է, որ բանակի դեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրահրած կեղտոտ քարոզչական արշավն իրականում իր արդյունքը չի տալիս և ընդհակառակը, նույնիսկ հայաստանյան իրավապահ մարմիններն ու դատարանները փորձում են չկատարել Փաշինյանի քմահաճույքները և հանիրավի չդատապարտել սպաներին։
