Ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի ընտրություններում անակնկալներ կարող են լինել

Դեկտեմբերի 23-ին կայանալիք Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի ընտրությունները բավական ուշագրավ ընթացք են ունենալու։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանն արդեն իսկ որոշել է, որ 2019 թվականից մինչ այսօր ՀՖՖ նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանը պետք է պաշտոնանկ արվի։ Խնդիրն ամենևին էլ հայկական ֆուտբոլի խայտառակ վիճակն ու հավաքականի տարբեր տարիքային հավաքականների՝ վերջին շրջանում կրած պարտությունները չեն, և ոչ էլ «Ուելսի» հավաքականի խաղից առաջ և հետո տեղի ունեցած միջադեպերը, որոնք ստվերել են ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ ՀՖՖ հեղինակությունը։ Բանն այն է, որ Ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան բավականին համեղ կտոր է համարվում գործող իշխանությունների համար։ Ի զուր չէ, որ Փաշինյանի բազմաթիվ մտերիմներ, այդ թվում նախարարներ, ֆեդերացիայի գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամ են և անձամբ են իրականացնում տարբեր տենդերների և ֆինանսական հոսքերի շարժը։ Եվ այժմ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ամբողջությամբ իր ձեռքը վերցնել Ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան՝ Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանին զրկելով մեծ փողերի հետ առնչվելու որևէ հնարավորությունից, ընդ որում «Քաղպայմանագրում» առնվազն երեք թեկնածուների անուններ են շրջանառվում։

Առաջինը ՀՖՖ գործող փոխնախագահ, ժամանակին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թերթում սպորտային լրագրող աշխատած Արմեն Նիկողոսյանն է, վերջինիս մասով, սակայն Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ վերապահումներ ունի։ Նիկողոսյանն աշխատել է նաև Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի օրոք և բավականին ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի վերջինիս հետ, թեև իշխանափոխությունից հետո Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը բազմաթիվ անգամներ քննադատել է Նիկողոսյանին, սակայն Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ մտածում է, թե վերջինս կարող է պահպանած լինել հարաբերությունները և շատ դեպքերում ՀՖՖ հարցերում լսի Հայրապետյանին, այլ ոչ ՔՊ-ականներին։

Երկրորդ թեկնածուն նախկին պատգամավոր, սփյուռքի նախկին նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանն է, որի թեկնածությանը, սակայն ՔՊ վերնախավում միանշանակ դեմ են։ Կարծում են, թե Հայրապետյանն իրենց ազդեցության տակ չի գործի և ինքնագլուխ քայլերով կարող է փչացնել իրենց տրամադրությունը։

Հիմնական թեկնածուն Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր, համապատասխան հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանն է։ Վերջինս ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի, թե՛ Փաշինյանի և թե՛ ՀՖՖ գործկոմի անդամ ՔՊ-ականների հետ, և հենց նրա միջոցով էլ ցանկանում են իրականացնել ֆեդերացիայի և նրա ֆինանսական հոսքերի ամբողջ վերահսկողությունը։
