Դրամական փոխանցումների ծավալը նվազել է. ռելոկանտները հեռանում են Հայաստանից

Այս տարվա 9 ամիսներին Հայաստան մտնող մասնավոր դրամական փոխանցումների մաքուր ծավալը նվազել է ավելի քան 20 %-ով, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ։

2022 թվականի առաջին 9 ամիսներին մասնավոր դրամական փոխանցումների մաքուր ներհոսքը կազմել է 1,8 միլիարդ դոլար, այս տարի ընդամենը 1,3 միլիարդ դոլար։

Ըստ փորձագետների ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմից հետո ռուսաստանցիների և նրանց դրամական միջոցների ներհոսքի դրական ազդեցությունը Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա թուլանում է, պարզ ասած ռելոկանտները կամ իրենք են հեռանում, կամ էլ այլևս գումարները նախընտրում են ստանալ ոչ բանկերի միջոցով, կամ եղանակներով։

Պատերազմի մեկնարկից հետո, հատկապես 2022 թվականի ապրիլից սկսած, ռուսաստանցիների ահռելի ներհոսք սկսեց ոչ միայն Հայաստան, այլ նաև Թուրքիա, Վրաստան և այլ երկրներ։ Հիմնականում Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանն ընտրում էին վիզաների կարգավորումների, սննդի և կեցության համեմատաբար Ռուսաստանի համեմատ ավելի էժան ծախսերի համար։ Այդ ընթացքում վարձով տրվող բնակարանների գներն ահռելի թանկացան, իսկ սպասարկման օբյեկտները ոչ օբյեկտիվորեն բարձրացրեցին տարբեր ապրանքների և ծառայությունների գները։ Արդյունքում, ըստ ռուսաստանցի փորձագետների, շատ ռելոկանտներ Հայաստանից տեղափոխվում են այլ, ավելի էժան և ավելի տաք երկրներ։

Մասնավորապես, վերջին շրջանում լուրջ հոսք է նկատվում Եգիպտոսում, որտեղ ռուս ռելոկանտների հրավիրելու անհամեմատ ավելի հարմար պայմաններ են ստեղծվում, չհաշված, որ թե՛ բնակարանների վարձերը, թե՛ սննդամթերքի արժեքն անամեմատ ավելի էժան են Հայաստանից, դե իսկ Կարմիր ծովն էլ լրացուցիչ բոնուս է ռուսաստանցիների համար՝ Եգիպտոս տեղափոխվելու։ 

Շատերը նախընտրում են նաև գնալ Կիպրոս, կամ այլ երկրներ։ Արդյունքում Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա ռելոկանտների դրական ազդեցությունը շարունակում է նվազել ու թեև մինչև 2022 թվականի ցուցանիշները դեռևս բավական ժամանակ կա, սակայն մասնագետները փաստում են, որ այս տարվա առաջին 9 ամիսներին մասնավոր փոխանցումների տեսքով Հայաստան մտած 4 միլիարդ 266 միլիոն դոլարից գրեթե 3 միլիարդն արդեն դուրս է եկել, իշխանություններն էլ բավարար չափով չեն կարողացել կապիտալիզացնել այդ ներհոսքը։
