Երեկ երեկոյան Հայաստանի վարչապետի աշխատակազմը, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վարչակազմը համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել և նշել, թե Ադրբեջանն ազատ է արձակում 32 հայ զինծառայողների, Հայաստանն իր հերթին ազատելու է երկու ադրբեջանցիների։

Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների փոխանցմամբ, Հայաստանին վերադարձվելու են անձինք, որոնք ձերբակալվել էին 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Հադրութի շրջանում, ևս 6 ձերբակալվել են սահմանին, տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում և արդեն իսկ պատժի մեծ մասը կրել են։ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստան ազատ չի արձակելու Արցախի ձերբակալված իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ նախագահներին, նախկին պետնախարարին, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահին ու արտգործնախարարին, չի արձակելու նաև հիվանդություններ ունեցող և Հակարիի կամրջի մոտից առևանգված Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին, որին արդեն տևական ազատազրկման են դատապարտել։

Տարածած համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ ամենաուշագրավ հանգամանքն այն է, որ նման պայմանավորվածության հանգել են երկու երկրների ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերի միջև ուղիղ բանակցությունների արդյունքում. Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները փորձում են տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ Ադրբեջանում հայ ռազմագերիներին ու Հայաստանում պահվող երկու դիվերսանտներին որոշել են ազատել ոչ արտաքին միջամտության արդյունքում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին Ադրբեջան էր այցելել և Իլահամ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպել էր ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղար Ջեյմս Օ՚Բրայնը։ Օ՚Բրայնի այդ այցից հետո Ադրբեջանում տարօրինակ իրադարձությունների շարք է սկսվել։ Երեկ առավոտյան Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել Ադրբեջանում փետրվարին նախագահական արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու համար։ Մինչդեռ հերթական ընտրությունները պետք է կայանային 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերին։ Ալիևն այս կերպ փորձում է խուսանավել գերտերությունների միջև հարաբերություններում, ժամանակ ձգձգել, ինչպես նաև Արցախում տարած հաղթանակի շնորհիվ կրկին լեգիտիմացնել իր իշխանությունը։

Թերևս կարելի է միայն արձանագրել, որ առնվազն մինչև Ադրբեջանի նախագահի արտահերթ ընտրություններ պատերազմ չի լինի, իսկ թե դրանից հետո ինչպես կվարվի Ադրբեջանը, դեռ վաղ է ասել։
