«Կոնվերս Բանկ» ընկերության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն, տնօրինության նախագահ Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը և ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանն այսօր ստորագրել են համագործակցության համաձայնագիր՝ միավորելու երկու կառույցների ջանքերը ֆինանսական ոլորտի մասնագետների վերապատրաստման, կրթական, գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքներ և համատեղ այլ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու համար:

Սահմանված նպատակներին հասնելու համար օգտագործվելու են ԵՊՀ ուսումնամեթոդական բազաները, լաբորատորիաները,  ինչպես նաև Կոնվերս Բանկի ու Մայր բուհի մարդկային ռեսուրսները, մասնագիտական գիտելիքները, ունակություններն ու հմտությունները: 

Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանն իր խոսքում նշել է միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան, մրցունակ կրթության կարևորությունը. «Այսօրվա ուսանողները վաղը համալրելու են տարբեր ոլորտների կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ բանկերի աշխատակիցների շարքերը: Մենք՝ որպես պատասխանատու բիզնես, կարևորում ենք մասնակցությունը ֆինանսական համակարգի մասնագետների պատրաստման գործում և պատրաստ ենք աջակցել ինչպես մեր փորձառությամբ, այնպես էլ տարբեր համատեղ նախագծերի իրականացման միջոցով»։

ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ կրթության զարգացման երաշխիքներից մեկը կապն է աշխատաշուկայի հետ. «Համալսարանի տրամադրած գիտելիքը պետք է իր արդյունավետ կիրառությունը գտնի աշխատանքում։ Այս համագործակցությամբ մենք կկարողանանք հասկանալ ու ձևակերպել արդի միտումները, վերանայել մեր կրթական ծրագրերն ու քայլել ժամանակի պահանջներին համընթաց»։

Բուհ-մասնավոր ընկերություն կապն ամրապնդելու և զարգացնելու համար կազմակերպվելու են գիտաժողովներ, կլոր սեղան-քննարկումներ, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային, միմյանց են ներկայացվելու կատարված հետազոտությունների արդյունքները։ 

Հաստատված գործակցության շրջանակում ԵՊՀ ուսանողները հնարավորություն են ունենալու իրենց մասնագիտական պրակտիկան անցնելու Կոնվերս Բանկում: Իսկ ԵՊՀ-ը Բանկի աշխատակիցների համար կազմակերպելու է կարճաժամկետ դասընթացներ, ինչպես նաև ապահովելու է նրանց մասնակցությունն ամբիոնի բակալավրի և մագիստրոսի կրթական ծրագրերի առանձին դասընթացներին։
