Ixbt.com-ը գրում է, որ ինչպե՞ս ստեղծել արևային մարտկոց, որը ոչ միայն էժան է, այլ նաև արդյունավետ: Այս հարցն անհանգստացնում է բազմաթիվ գիտնականների և ինժեներների, ովքեր փնտրում են էներգիայի այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներ երկրային կարիքների համար: Հնարավոր լուծումներից մեկը հակամոնիդ տրիսուլֆիդի (Sb2S3) օգտագործումն է որպես արևային բջիջներում լույսի կլանիչ: Այդ նյութն ունի մի քանի առավելություններ, ինչպիսիք են ցածր արժեքը, լավ կայունությունը և լույսի կլանման բարձր գործակիցը: Այնուամենայնիվ, այն ունի նաև թերություններ, օրինակ լիցքակիրների ցածր շարժունակությունը և հիմքի վրա միասնական շերտ ստեղծելու դժվարությունը։

Վերջերս մի խումբ չինացի գիտնականներ առաջարկել են նոր մոտեցում Sb2S3 արևային բջիջների արդյունավետությունը բարելավելու համար: Նրանց գաղափարը զուգահեռաբար միացված երկու տեսակի արևային բջիջների միջև զուգահեռ հարթ հարթություն (PPHJ) ստեղծելն է: Այդ կառուցվածքը հնարավորություն է տալիս մեծացնել լույսի կլանման մակերեսը և բարելավել էլեկտրոնների տեղափոխումը դեպի հավաքման էլեկտրոդ: Բացի այդ, այն հեշտացնում է արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության գործընթացը, քանի որ այն չի պահանջում միջանկյալ շերտ՝ վերին և ներքևի արևային մարտկոցներից հակադիր լիցքերը վերամիավորելու համար:

Փորձի ժամանակ գիտնականներն օգտագործել են Sb2S3 որպես լույսի կլանիչ, իսկ CH3NH3PbI3-ը որպես էլեկտրոնների փոխադրող։ Նրանք ցույց են տվել, որ նման արևային մարտկոցը հասնում է 8,32 % արդյունավետության, ինչը ռեկորդային ցուցանիշ է Sb2S3-ի վրա հիմնված բոլոր արևային մարտկոցների մեջ: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ սովորական արևային մարտկոցի հարթ հետերոմիացումն ունի մոտ 6 % արդյունավետություն: Գիտնականները նաև մանրակրկիտ վերլուծություն են կատարել զուգահեռ հարթ հետերոմիացման արևային մարտկոցի գործառնական մեխանիզմի վերաբերյալ և բացահայտել դրա աշխատանքի վրա ազդող գործոնները:

Այդ հետազոտությունը նոր հեռանկարներ են բացում էժան և արդյունավետ մասնակի կամ ամբողջությամբ անօրգանական արևային բջիջների կոնցեպտուալ նախագծման համար: Այն նաև ցույց է տալիս Sb2S3-ի ներուժը որպես խոստումնալից ֆոտոգալվանային նյութ, որը կարող է բարելավվել տարբեր ստրատեգիաների միջոցով:
