Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արագ տեմպերով գնում է դեպի իշխանության գերկենտրոնացում։ Այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար, նա մտադրվել է հեռացնել բոլոր այն պաշտոնյաներին գործադիրում, որոնք չեն կարողանում բավարար չափով վերահսկողություն իրականացնել և առաջ տանել գործող իշխանությունների շահերը։ Մասնավորապես, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, առաջիկայում փոփոխություններ են սպասվում մարզպետների ցուցակում։

Օրեր առաջ աշխատանքից ազատվեց Վայոց ձորի մարզպետ Արարատ Գրիգորյանը, իսկ նրան փոխարինեց ԱԱԾ տեղական բաժնի պետ Կոլյա Միքայելյանը։ Վայոց ձորի մարզպետն ավանդաբար չի կարողացել ոտք գցել քաղաքապետերի և այլ համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ, սովորաբար էլ այդ մարզի մարզպետը չափազանց թույլ է եղել թե՛ իր ազդեցությամբ, և թե՛ հնարավորություններով, իսկ այժմ մարզի վերահսկողությունը ԱԱԾ-ականին փոխանցելու միջոցով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է մարզում ողջ իշխանությունը կենտրոնացնել «Քաղպայմանագրի» ձեռքում, ընդ որում, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, Փաշինյանն արդեն իսկ զգուշացրել է մարզպետներին, որ նրանցից որոշները հրաժարական են տալու իրենց պաշտոնին, քանի որ չեն համապատասխանում իր ցանկալի չափորոշիչներին։

Մի քանի մարզպետներ վստահ են, որ իրենք մնալու են իրենց պաշտոնում։ Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանը Փաշինյանի մանկության ընկերն ու քավորն է։ Սյունիքի մարզում Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը բավականին հաջողությամբ իրականացնում է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» և Փաշինյանի բոլոր ցանկությունները։ Թեպետ նա էլ քննադատության տակ է, որ չի կարողանում հասնել մի քանի համայնքապետերի պաշտոնանկությանը։ Իրենց պաշտոններին կմնան նաև Լոռու մարզպետ Արամ Խաչատրյանը, Արարատի մարզպետ Սեդրակ Թևոսյանը, Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանը։

Արմավիրի մարզպետ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանը, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, կարողացել է լուծել իր հարցերը, իսկ հիմնական համայնքապետերն այս մարզում ՔՊ-ականներ են։ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանն էլ նախօրեին ազատվել է իր տեղակալ Ռուբիկ Նավոյանից։ Վերջինս երկար տարիներ պետական աշխատանքի լուրջ փորձ ունի, Տարոն Մարգարյանի օրոք նույնիսկ զբաղեցրել է Երևանի տրանսպորտի վարչության պետի պաշտոնը։ Ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների՝ Նավոյանն առանձնապես մեծ համակրանք չի ունեցել «Քաղպայմանագրի» նկատմամբ, իսկ մարզպետարանի բոլոր հարցերը լուծվում էին նրա միջոցով, ուստի և ՔՊ-ն շտապել է ազատվել այդ պաշտոնյայից։

Իր պաշտոնին հրաժեշտ կարող է տալ Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ահարոն Սահակյանը։ Վերջինս բացարձակապես ոչ մի լծակի չի տիրապետում և որևէ ազդեցություն այդ մարզում չունի։ Պաշտոնանկության եզրին է նաև Շիրակի մարզպետ Մուշեղ Մուրադյանը։ Մուրադյանը թեև ամեն կերպ փորձում է լավ հարաբերություններ պահպանել «Քաղպայմանագրի» հետ, սակայն մարզպետի պաշտոնի վրա աչք ունի Գյումրիի նախկին փոխքաղաքապետ Վահագն Մկրտչյանը։ Նա Աննա Հակոբյանի ազգականն է, իսկ փողքաղաքապետի պաշտոնից ազատվելուց հետո, Աննա Հակոբյանը ցանկանում է որևէ նոր, ավելի բարձր պաշտոնի նշանակել իր ազգականին։
