Փաշինյանը խոստովանում է, որ խաբել է ժողովրդին

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ նախօրեին Հանրայինին տված հարցազրույցը չափազանց ուշագրավ շեշտադրումներ ունի և հերթական անգամ բացահայտում է, որ գործ ունենք ոչ միայն դավաճան, այլ նաև դիլետանտ և ստախոս իշխանության հետ։ Այսպես, լրագրողի հարցին, թե Դուք եկել եք իշխանության և տեսնելով ռեալ տիրապետող իրավիճակին հասկացել եք, որ իրավիճակը բոլորովին այն չէ ու այդ մասին չեք բարձրաձայնել, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանում է, որ դա այդպես է։ «Շատ կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ դա մի օրում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություն չէ, այնուամենայնիվ մենք հիմա կարող ենք դրա մասին խոսել 10, կես կամ մեկ ժամի ընթացքում, բայց այդ արձանագրում անելը որոշակի գործընթաց է և պետք է արձանագրել, որ այդ գործընթացը քաղաքական է, այդ գործընթացը գիտակցական է, ենթագիտակցական է, էմոցիոնալ է, աշխարհաքաղաքական է, տարածաշրջանային է և այսպես շարունակ»։

Բայց մեծ հաշվով, ըստ Փաշինյանի, կարող ենք նաև անել այս արձանագրումը։ Իսկ ինչո՞ւ չի հաղորդակցվել, ինչո՞ւ այդ մասին ավելի վաղ չի ասվել նախքան պատերազմը։ «Շատ պարզ պատճառով, որովհետև նաև կառավարության համար, իշխանության համար, ընդհանրապես որևէ քաղաքական ուժի համար ասելու, որ տեսեք սա, սա չլինող է պետք է վերջում անել առաջարկ, հետևաբար ինչ անենք մենք և այս սոցիալհոգեբանական գիտակցական անհնարինությունն էր, որը մեզ ըստ էության դրել է իրավիճակի առաջ, ընդ որում այդ անհնարինությունը միայն նրա մասին չէ, որ դրա հետևանքով նեգատիվ գործընթացներ կսկսվեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, անկայունություն և այլն»։

Փաստացի, բառերի կույտ երկնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ապացուցում է, որ դեռևս 44-օրյա պատերազմից առաջ տեղյակ է եղել իրերի իրական դրությանը, որ Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերը բավարար սպառազինություն և հմտություններ չունեն խոշորաքանակ հակառակորդի դեմ մարտեր մղելու, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը և բանակցային գործընթացն ամենևին էլ ի նպաստ Հայաստանի չէ, փոխարենը, սակայն, խրոխտ ճառերով հազարավոր երիտասարդների ուղարկել էր զոհվելու և աչքն էլ չէր թարթում։

Պատերազմից հետո Փաշինյանը մի առիթով, հիշեցնենք, հայտարարել էր, որ եթե գնար զիջումների պատերազմը կանխելու համար, ապա իրեն դավաճան կասեին։ Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանը պատմության էջերում հայտնվելու է հենց այդպես, որպես դավաճան և Հայաստանի վերջին մի քանի հարյուր տարվա ամենաապիկար և դիլետանտ կառավարիչը։
