Դասագիրք գրելը փաշինյանական վարչախմբի խելքի բանը չէ

Հայաստանի ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը տևական ժամանակ է ինչ լուրջ սկանդալի կենտրոնում է հայտնվել դպրոցական դասագրքերի պատճառով։ Խոսքը մասնավորապես մեծ աղմուկ հանած 7-րդ դասարանի Հայոց պատմության դասագրքի մասին է։ Մինչ բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ, կրթության մասնագետներ և պատմաբաններ փաստում են, որ Սմբատ Հովհաննիսյանի միայնակ հեղինակած դասագրքում խնդիրներ կան, հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին էլ իր լուրջ վերապահումներն ունի գրքում առկա պատմական խեղաթյուրումների վերաբերյալ, ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը պնդում է, թե հարգում է եկեղեցու դիրքորոշումը, բայց համակարծիք չեն և համամիտ չեն։ «Կրթության կազմակերպումը պետության գործն է»,-հայտարարել է նախարարը։

Իհարկե, Հայաստանն աշխարհիկ պետություն է և պետությունն ինքը պետք է կազմակերպի կրթությունը, սակայն դասագիրք գրելը շատ ավելի լուրջ գործ է, որպեսզի հանձնարարվի միայն մեկ մարդու։ Ի դեպ, նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դառնում դասագրքերի պատրաստման գործընթացում, բանն այն է, որ դասագրքեր գրելու համար պետությունը զգալի միջոցներ է տրամադրել այսպես կոչված «Մասնակցային դպրոց» կրթական հիմնադրամին, և այդ հիմնադրամն էլ գրեթե 3 տասնյակ գրքերի պատրաստումն է իրականացրել։ Ընդ որում շատ դեպքերում ակնհայտ է, որ անհրաժեշտ չափորոշիչները չեն պահպանվել։ 7-րդ դասարանի պատմության գրքի խմբագիրը բանասիրական գիտությունների թեկնածու, դոցենտ Մարիամ Կարապետյանն է, որը նույն դասագրքի հեղինակ Սմբատ Հովհաննիսյանի կինն է, այսինքն, ամուսինը գրել է, կինը՝ խմբագրել։ Մինչդեռ հարկավոր էր, որ պատմության գիրքը խմբագրեր մասնագիտությամբ պատմաբան, որն իր նկատառումներն ու դիտողությունները կհայտներ, այլ ոչ թե խնդիրներ կհարուցեր։

Նույն 7-րդ դասարանի մեկ այլ Հասարակագիտություն առարկայի դասագիրքն էլ գրել է «Մասնակցային դպրոց» կրթական հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Վահրամ Սողոմոնյանը, իսկ խմբագիրը կրկին նրա կինն է՝ Երևանի ավագանու նախկին անդամ Սաթենիկ Մկրտչյանը։ Այս դեպքում գործ ունենք «ընտանեկան կապալի» հետ և մարդիկ հսկայական միջոցներ են վերցնում պետությունից դասագրքեր գրելու, միջոցները փոշիացնում են, իսկ երեխաներին բաժին է հասնում խնդրահարույց, գիտական և կրթական առումներով թերի դասագրքեր։ Կրթության նախարարն էլ կրծքով պաշտպանում է այդ դասագրքեը գրողներին։
