Ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Կոնստանտին Սիվկովը Alpha News-ի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին հայտարարությունը:

«Ալիևի նման հայտարարությունը բխում է մի քանի գործոններից։ Առաջին գործոնն այն է, որ Ալիևը զգում է իր ուժը, և նա համոզված է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի դիմադրելու։ Ուստի նա վերջնագիր է ներկայացնում։

Երկրորդ գործոնն այն է, որ Ալիևն այն մարդն է, ով բացի իր երկրի շահերը պաշտպանելուց, նաև Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցն է, իսկ Թուրքիան՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ։ Թուրքիան շահագրգռված է ազատ միջանցքի ստեղծմամբ։ Թուրքիան այս պայմաններում հանդես է գալիս որպես Ադրբեջանի դաշնակից և Ադրբեջանին դրդում է այդ գործողություններին։

Երրորդ գործոնը ԱՄՆ-ն է և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, Միացյալ Արևմուտքը, որը դրդում է Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիային նման գործողությունների, քանի որ նրանք խիստ շահագրգռված են այս տարածաշրջանում լարվածության գոտի ստեղծելու հարցում։ Նրանք շահագրգռված են, որ Ռուսաստանն այս տարածաշրջանում կորցնի իր իմիջը, կորցնի իր ազդեցությունը, և եթե նրանց հաջողվի Հայաստանը թեքել նման գործողությունների, ապա դա կլինի թեև ոչ այնքան էական, բայց ռուսական ազդեցության կորուստ այս տարածաշրջանում։

Այդ պատճառով այդ երեք ուժերի համալիրը նպաստում է Ալիևի նման հայտարարություններին»,-ասել է Սիվկովը։

Փորձագետի խոսքով՝ ամերիկացիները շահագրգռված են, որպեսզի այդ տարածաշրջանում ռազմական հակամարտություն ծագի։

«Ամերիկացիները շահագրգռված են, որ այս տարածաշրջանում հենց այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» պայմանների ֆոնին ռազմական հակամարտություն առաջանա, ինչը կստիպի Ռուսաստանին փոշիացնել իր ուժերն այդ ուղղությամբ և դրանով իսկ որոշակի խնդիրներ ստեղծել Ռուսաստանի համար: Այդ պատճառով էլ, ըստ էության, ԱՄՆ-ը պետք է պատրաստ լինի այդ խնդրի լուծմանը։ Այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցը մեծ աշխարհաքաղաքականության հարց է, դա պետք է հստակ հասկանալ։ Եվ ես կարող եմ ասել, որ պարոն Փաշինյանը կարող է հանձնել ամբողջ Հայաստանը։ Փաշինյանը հայ Ելցինն է»,-եզրափակել է Սիվկովը։
