Երեկ՝ հունվարի 13-ին, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության և ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ հունվարի 3-ին Գավառի մանկատանը վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ մանկատան սաներից մեկին պատճառել է ֆիզիկական ցավ։

Մանկատուն են ժամանել Ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժնի օպերատիվ խմբերը, որտեղ, մանկատան հոգեբանի և դաստիարակի ներկայությամբ, մանկատան 16-ամյա աղջիկ սանը հայտնել է, որ այդ օրը՝ ժամը 03:00-ի սահմաններում մանկատանը կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ իր հետ վիճաբանել են մանկատան 17-ամյա, 15-ամյա և երկու 16-ամյա աղջիկներ, որի ընթացքում վերջիններս ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել իր մարմնի տարբեր մասերին։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվելու են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
