«Ռուս քաղաքագետ, Ռազմավարական մշակույթի հիմնադրամի փորձագետ Անդրեյ Արեշևը Alpha News-ին մեկնաբանել է Ալիևի վերջնագիրը և Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տարածքային հավակնությունները:

«Ինձ թվում է, որ բանակցություններում հակառակորդին թերագնահատելը և նրա բավականին լուրջ ու կոշտ հայտարարությունները պատեհապաշտական դրդապատճառի վերագրելը խոսում է բանակցություններին ոչ բավարար գրագետ մոտեցման մասին։ Միգուցե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պարզապես փորձում են այս կերպ մոլորեցնել հայ հանրությանը։ Չեմ կարծում, որ սա լավ մոտեցում է։

Մենք ստանում ենք բավականին հակասական տեղեկատվություն այն մասին, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում, և ինչ վիճակում է գտնվում այդ փաստաթղթի համաձայնեցման գործընթացը։ Մենք կասկած չունենք, որ յուրովի լուծելով Ղարաբաղի հարցը՝ Բաքուն կշարունակի հասնել իր նպատակներին ցանկացած միջոցներով։ Կարծում եմ, որ հիմա խոսքը հիմնականում տեղեկատվական-քարոզչական ճնշման հաջորդ փուլի մասին է։ Բայց եթե իրավիճակը երկարաձգվի, պարզ է, որ Բաքուն կարող է խնդրի լուծման այլ ուղիների դիմել:

Բայց ինձ թվում է, որ առաջին հերթին հիմա խոսքը անկլավների մասին է, և դրա մասին խոսում են նաև հարցազրույցներում։ Բոլոր հիմնական նիզակներն այժմ կոտրվում են անկլավների շուրջ, որոնք Ադրբեջանը համարում է իրենը և հենվում, ի թիվս այլ բաների, հայկական կողմի հայտարարության վրա, որը բազմիցս հայտարարել է նախկին Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ տարածքի չափը։

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հայտարարեցին, որ ճանաչում են 86600 քառակուսի կիլոմետրը, որտեղ ներառված են նաև այդ անկլավները։ Ինչպես կզարգանա այս իրավիճակը, իհարկե, ես կցանկանայի, որ այն զարգանար բանակցությունների միջոցով։ Մենք գիտենք, թե որքան կարևոր են այդ տարածքները Հայաստանի համար, բայց Բաքվում, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, նույնպես մտադիր չեն նահանջել»,- նշել է փորձագետը։
