«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը գրությամբ դիմել է Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովին՝ խորհրդատվություն հայցելով, թե արդյոք կարո՞ղ է հանրային պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձը միաժամանակ զբաղեցնել նաև ավագանու անդամի պաշտոն։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ Երևանի ավագանու կազմում կան թե՛ իշխանական, թե՛ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների անդամներ, որոնք մինչ ավագանու անդամ դառնալը զբաղեցրել են և հիմա էլ շարունակում են զբաղեցնել հանրային պաշտոններ։

Հանձնաժողովից պատասխանել են, որ չեն կարող համատեղել, և մինչև փետրվարի 15-ը ժամանակ են տվել, որ նշյալ անձինք կա՛մ ավագանու մանդատից հրաժարվեն, կա՛մ իրենց զբաղեցրած հանրային պաշտոններից։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, մինչ նշյալ ժամկետը ավագանու մի շարք անդամներ վայր կդնեն մանդատները՝ նախընտրելով իրենց հիմնական աշխատանքը:
