Գործադիրն ընդունել է որոշում, որով նախատեսվում է 6.6 մլն դրամ հատկացնել Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությանը: Ըստ այդմ՝ նախատեսվում է, որ անհայտ կորածների (ինչպես նաև գերեվարվածների) ընտանիքները ևս երկու ամիս կստանան սոցիալական աջակցությունը: Հիմնավորման համաձայն՝ միջոցառման շրջանակում սոցիալական աջակցությունը նախատեսվում է տրամադրել 11 անհայտ կորած անձանց ընտանիքներին:

Կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ է կատարել նաև նախկինում ընդունած որոշումներից մեկում՝ ԼՂ առանձին շրջաններից տեղահանված ընտանիքների համար բնակարանային մատչելիության ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրի պայմանները բարելավելու նպատակով: Ծրագրի շրջանակում աջակցություն է տրամադրվում ՀՀ-ում հիփոթեքային վարկով բնակելի անշարժ գույք ձեռք բերող, անհատական բնակելի տուն կառուցելու նպատակով հիփոթեքային վարկ ստացող՝ ծրագրի պայմաններին բավարարող շահառուներին և ուղղվում է բացառապես հիփոթեքային վարկի ամենամսյա վճարների (մայր գումարի և տոկոսագումարի) մարմանը։ 2024 թ. հունվարի 30-ի դրությամբ հավաստագիր է ստացել 3,765 շահառու, որից շուրջ 2,127 հավաստագրի հիման վրա հիփոթեքային վարկավորման գործընթացն ավարտվել կամ գտնվում է ավարտական փուլում։ Ընդ որում՝ բոլոր վարկերը վերաֆինանսավորվել են «Ազգային հիփոթեքային ընկերություն» կամ «Բնակարան երիտասարդներին» վերաֆինանսավորում իրականացնող վարկային կազմակերպությունների կողմից, իսկ թվով 11 ընտանիք գույքը ձեռք է բերել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։

Կարգավորումներով առաջարկվում է, մասնավորապես, սահմանել աջակցության չափի այնպիսի սահմանաչափեր, որոնք բանկերին հնարավորություն կտան սեփական ռեսուրսով իրականացնել վարկավորում, ինչպես նաև վերանայել ծրագրի այն պայմանները, որոնց առկայությունը հանգեցնում է գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների կողմից անհատական բնակելի տուն կառուցելու (կառուցապատումը շարունակելու) նպատակով վարկավորման դեպքում լրացուցիչ անշարժ գույքի գրավադրման պահանջի կիրառման։ Միաժամանակ նախատեսվում է ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել բոլոր այն դրույթները, որոնք վերաբերվում են ծրագրի շրջանակներում ԼՂ-ում բնակելի անշարժ գույք ձեռք բերելուն, անհատական բնակելի տուն կառուցելուն (կառուցապատումը շարունակելուն)։
