Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական էլիտան շարունակում է գտնվել Բաքվի բանտերում, իսկ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, տևական ժամանակ ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում նրանց հայրենիք վերադարձնելու, այդ մարդկանց խոշտանգումներից փրկելու համար։ Առաջին հերթին, Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության գերեվարումը խայտառակություն է Հայաստանի համար, հայ ժողովրդի համար։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշում է, թե անձամբ ճանաչում է նախկին նախագահներին, գեներալներին, չի կարող ասել, թե բոլորի հետ անձնական լավ հարաբերություններ ունի, սակայն նրանց գերեվարումն ազգային խայտառակություն է համարում։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը կարծում է, ոչ բոլորն են իրենց ստեղծված իրավիճակում պարտված համարում։ Տարբեր երկրներում, հայկական համայնքներում շատերը կան, որ փորձում են հարցեր քննարկել, պայքարում են։ Կարապետյանը հավատացնում է, գործող իշխանությունները սերունդների կողմից իրենց գնահատականը ստանալու են։ «Մեր թոռներն ու ծոռներն ասելու են՝ այ էս ղեկավարի ժամանակ Հայաստանը եղավ այս վիճակում։ Ինչ ուզում են գրեն թղթերի վրա, ինչ օրենքներ ուզում են մտցնեն, ինչ ուզում են անեն, պատմությունը իրենց էն ամոթի, խայտառակ նկարները խփած է լինելու ապագա սերունդների պատմության գրքի մեջ»,- նշել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Հարցին, թե ինչպես է լինելու Արցախի ճակատագիրը, Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշել է, թե մեզնից է կախված, մեր ունակությունները, մեր ցանկությունները հասցնել այն բուրգերին, որոնք կարող են մեզ աջակցել։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդը չի կարծում, թե Արցախն անվերադարձ կորսվել է։ «Մենք պետք է պաշտպանվենք, պատրաստվենք համազգային պաշտպանության, հակառակ դեպքում ոչինչ չենք ունենալու։ Կարող է գալ մի օր, որ մեր երկրի այսօրվա ղեկավարները հերթ կկանգնեն ադրբեջանական անձնագրեր ստանալու համար։ Դա էլ իրենց համար լավագույն դեպքում։ Բայց ես հաստատ եմ ասում, դուրս ենք գալու այս վիճակից, պետությունը մերն է լինելու»,- նշել է նա։
