Հաջորդ շաբաթ ՄԱԿ-ի փորձագետները հերթական զեկույցը կներկայացնեն ռուս զինվորականների կողմից Ուկրաինայում մարդու իրավունքների լայնածավալ խախտումների վերաբերյալ։

Փաստաթղթում մանրամասն ներկայացված են ուկրաինացի ռազմագերիների խոշտանգումները, ինչպես նաև երկրի խաղաղ բնակչության (հատկապես Մարիուպոլ) անխնա գնդակոծությունն ու ռմբակոծությունը։

Զեկույցի ապացույցները գալիս են հարյուրավոր ականատեսներից՝ ուկրաինացի ռազմագերիներից և լքված ռուս զինվորներից, որոնց ՄԱԿ-ի քննիչները հարցազրույց են վերցրել Ուկրաինա մեկ տասնյակ այցելությունների ժամանակ:

Փաստաթղթի հեղինակները գալիս են այն եզրակացության, որ բանտարկյալների սիստեմատիկ խոշտանգումները տարածված են. նրանց պարբերաբար ծեծի են ենթարկում, խոշտանգում են էլեկտրաշոկերով և նույնիսկ անդամահատում:

Ապացուցված են պատերազմական այլ հանցագործությունների և մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների մասին, որոնց համար մեղավորները պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն:
