Մոսկվայի «Կրոկուս Սիթի Հոլլ» համերգասրահում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչությունն այն անձանց ձեռքի գործն է, որոնք փորձում են սաբոտաժի ենթարկել ՌԴ–ի և Ուկրաինայի միջև կարգավորման փորձերը։ Sabah թերթի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել Թուրքիայի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Շերեֆ Մալկոչը։ Տեղեկությունը թոխանցում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։

«Ամեն անգամ, երբ Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև հաշտության մթնոլորտ է ստեղծվում, ինչ–որ միջադեպ է տեղի ունենում, և բոլոր հույսերը հետաձգվում են մինչև հաջորդ գարուն։ Այս ահաբեկչությունը նրանց ձեռքի գործն է, ովքեր ցանկանում են սաբոտաժի ենթարկել Մոսկվայի և Կիևի միջև կարգավորման գործընթացը»,– ասել է Մալկոչը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ չի կարելի ուղղակի ասել, որ դա «Իսլամական պետության» (ՌԴ–ում արգելված ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություն) ահաբեկչությունն է։ Մալկոչը նշել է, որ վերջին մեկ ամսում զգալի առաջընթաց է գրանցվել խաղաղության ճանապարհին, եղել է հավանականություն, որ այսօր–վաղը լավ իրադարձություններ տեղի կունենան։ Ըստ Թուրքիայի ՄԻՊ–ի` հաշվի առնելով այն, թե երբ է դեպքը տեղի ունեցել,դա դիտավորյալ դիվերսիա է եղել։
