Պաշտոնական այցով Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում գտնվող Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մասնակցել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի միջազգային մշակութային երրորդ համաժողովի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: Համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ուղղված ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես են եկել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի նահանգապետ Գեորգի Պոլտավչենկոն: Հարկ է նկատել, որ Էրմիտաժի 250-ամյակի տոնակատարությունների համատեքստում անցկացվող համաժողովի աշխատանքներին և դրա շրջանակում կազմակերպվող թեմատիկ սեկցիաներին ու այլ միջոցառումներին ներկա են գտնվել շուրջ վեց հազար մասնակիցներ: Այնուհետ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը պետական Էրմիտաժ թանգարանի տնօրեն Միխայիլ Պիատրովսկու հրավերով ներկա է գտնվել նաև էրմիտաժի հիմնադրման 250-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներին: Հանդիսությունների շրջանակում երևանյան պատվիրակության անդամները մանսակցել են Էրմիտաժի Գլխավոր շտաբի հիմնական ցուցադրությունների բացման արարողություններին: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Էրմիտաժի տնօրեն Միխայիլ Պիատրովսկուն հրավերի համար և շնորհավորելով աշխարհահռչակ թանգարանի հիմնադրման 250-ամյակի կապակցությամբ՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ է մաղթել նրան ու մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհակալություն հայտնել Էրմիտաժում հայկական մշակութային արժեքների նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող վերաբերմունքի համար: Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ տարի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կազմակերպված Երևանի օրերի շրջանակում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և Էրմիտաժ թանգարանի համագործակցությամբ կազմակերպվել էր Ուրարտական ժամանակաշրջանին նվիրված հատուկ ցուցադրություն: Էրմիտաժի տնօրեն Միխայիլ Պիատրովսկին էլ իր հերթին, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հրավերն ընդունելու և էրմիտաժի հիմնադրման 250-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու համար, ընդգծել է որ Երևանի քաղաքապետը մշտապես սպասված հյուր է իրենց համար:
