Idram-ն ու IDBank-ը՝ Career City Fest-ում

Ապրիլի 27-ին ու 28-ին Idram-ն ու IDBank-ը մասնակցեցին Career City Fest-ին՝ կարիերայի քաղաքի մեծ տոնավաճառին։ Նորարար ընկերությունների համատեղ տաղավարում հերթ էր․ մարդիկ մոտենում էին ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ ծանոթանալու ու նկարվելու համար։

IDBank-ի մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման թիմը տոնավաճառի մասնակիցներին պատմեց նաև իրենց մշտական ծրագրի՝ IDream-ի մասին, որով հետաքրքրվողների թիվը շատ մեծ էր, ոգևորությամբ լսում էին հատկապես ուսանողները, ում համար նախատեսված է ծրագիրը։ IDream-ը հրաշալի հնարավորություն է բանկային ոլորտում աշխատանքի անցնելու համար՝ սկսելով կարիերան լավագույն գործատուի հետ։ Ի դեպ՝ IDream-ի մասնակիցներից շատերը վաղուց միացել են IDBank-ի մեծ ու նարնջագույն թիմին՝ դառնալով նրանց մի մասնիկը։

Idram ընկերության ՄՌԿ տնօրեն Աստղիկ Զիլֆիմյանի խոսքով՝ Իդրամի համար կարևոր է երիտասարդ մասնագետներին հնարվորություն տալ աճել, զարգանալ, իսկ Իդրամը ֆինտեխ ոլորտի այն եզակի ընկերություններից մեկն է, որտեղ աշխատակիցներն ունեն մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման, անգամ վերապրոֆիլավորման հնարավորություն։ «Մենք հաշվի ենք առնում մեր աշխատակիցների պոտենցիալն ու այն զարգացնելով ուղղորդում ենք նրան և ընկերությանն անհրաժեշտ ուղղությամբ», – ասում է Աստղիկ Զիլֆիմյանը։
