Ես լիովին աջակցում եմ Բագրատ Արքեպիսկոպոսի նախաձեռնությունը։ Սատարում եմ Միքաէլ Սրբազանին: Ամբողջովին սատարում եմ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի Գերագույն Հոգեւոր Խորհրդի կոչն ու հայտարարությունը: Այսօր մենք ազգովի վերապրում ենք մեր օրհասական Սարդարապատը: Այսօր հզոր պիտի հնչեն հայոց զանգերը մեր հոգիներում՝ վասն զի սթափվելու եւ արթնանալու ժամն է եկել: Բավական է ստորադասված ձեւով միակողմանի զիջումներ անենք։ Թշնամու ախորժակը անսահման է։

Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի թեմի նախկին առաջնորդ, Հատուկ հանձնարարություններով Հայրապետական նվիրակ Պարգեւ Արքեպիսկոպոս Մարտիրոսյանը:

«Ինչու՞ չենք պահանջում որ թշնամին դուրս գա Հայոց գրավյալ տարածքներից, ինչու՞ չենք պահանջում մեր Արծվաշենը, ինչու՞ չենք պահանջում մեր գերիների ու Արցախի իշխանավորների ազատագրումը։ Ինչու՞ ենք միակողմանի ականազերծում մեր սահմանագծերը։ Հանուն ինչի՞ պիտի հանենք մեր զինանիշից Մասիս սարը։ Հանուն ինչի՞ պիտի փոխենք մեր սահմանադրությունը։ Երբ՞ պիտի դասեր քաղենք պատմությունից՝ ում հավատալ իսկ ում ոչ։ Դեռ որքա՞ն պիտի ստորացված ապրի հայ «հպարտ» քաղաքացին։ Վեցը տարի է մենք տեսնոմ ենք քաղաքական իշխանության պարտությունները, որոնք դեմագոգիայի միջոցով փորձում են արդարացնել իրենց արածները։ Բավ է մեզ վախեցնել պատերազմի սպառնալիքով հանուն ձեր աթոռներին կառչաց մնալու համար։ Ավելի լավ է պատվով մեռնել քան հավետ ստորադաս ու վիրավորական ստրկության մեջ ապրել:

Ժամն է վերականգնելու մեր արժանապատվությունը ու արիական ոգին։ Իսկական պահն է ստեղծելու նվիրյալ ու պրո հայկական իշխանություն, որը կդառնա մեր պետության ու ժողովրդի տերն ու տիրականը։ Այո, պատմության ընթացքում հաճախ է եղել որ մեր Մայր Եկեղեցին ստիպված է եղել արթնացնել մեր ժողովրդին, միաբանել ու տանել դեպի փրկության ափերը։ Ես հավատում եմ Հայոց ներուժին ու նրա գիտակցությանը։

Աստված օրհնեալ պահի Հայոց Ազգն ու Բանակը, մեր Պետությունն ու Մայր Եկեղեցին»։
