Քիմ Քարդաշյանին՝ 2024 թվականի Met Gala-ի իր սենսացիոն կերպարի համար, որի առանցքը կիպ կորսետն էր, պահանջվել է պարապել շնչառության վրա:

Քիմը Vogue-ի կուլիսային տեսահոլովակում բացահայտել է իր  կերպարի գաղտնիքները:

«Ինչպե՞ս է քո շնչառությունը: Ինչպե՞ս ես»,-հարցրել են նրան: Քարդաշյանը պատասխանել է. «Սա արվեստի ձեւ է: Բայց ես հասկացել եմ նրբությունները»։

Skims-ի հիմնադիրը բացատրել է, որ Met Gala-ից երկու օր առաջ «փորձնական օր» է ունեցել. փորձել է շարժվել իր Maison Margiela արծաթե կորսետով եւ մետալիկ զգեստով:

«Իրականում, ես առաջին անգամ եմ նման բան անում»,-կիսվել է նա:

Նա ասում է, որ Ջոն Գալիանոյի դիզայնը տարիներ շարունակ եղել է իր «ուշադրության կիզակետում», եւ տարիներ են պահանջվել, որպեսզի կարողանա համոզել Maison Margiela-ի ներկայիս ստեղծագործական տնօրենին հագցնել իրեն Met Gala-ի համար: «Կարճ ասած, մոտ չորս կամ հինգ տարի է, ինչ ես հետապնդում եմ նրան՝ փորձելով տեսնել, թե արդյոք նա երբեւէ կստեղծեր Met Gala կերպար ինձ համար»,-խոստովանել է Քիմը:

Քարդաշյանը հայտնել է, որ իր Maison Margiela զգեստի տակ կրել է հարթ կոշիկներ։

«Եթե ես կրունկներով կոշիկ հագնեի, կրունկը կխրվեր մետաղյա կիսաշրջազգեստի մեջ»,-ասել է նա:

Քարդաշյանը, որի հասակը 157,5 սմ է, պատրաստ էր «զոհաբերել» իր հարմարավետությունը, քանի որ զգում էր, որ տեսքը «բարձրության» կարիք ունի:

Երկուշաբթի երեկոյան նա հիացրել է ներկաներին՝ ցուցադրելով իր աներեւակայելի բարակ իրանը՝ Ջոն Գալիանոյի Maison Margiela-ի արծաթագույն կոստյումով: Սակայն սոցցանցերի որոշ օգտատերեր մտավախություն են հայտնել, որ նա կորսետի պատճառով «կջարդի իր օրգանները» եւ մինչեւ երեկոյի ավարտը կհայտնվի հիվանդանոցում։
