«Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման դեմ իշխանությունների կոշտ մեթոդները գերազանցում են երևակայության բոլոր սահմանները։ Ոստիկանությունը` վերածվելով գործող վարչախմբի մահակի, ամենաբիրտ մեթոդներն է կիրառում, դաժանաբար ծեծում և բերման ենթարկում ցուցարարներին, խաղաղ անհնազանդության ակցիաների մասնակիցներին, չեն խնայում անգամ զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողներին։ Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ գործող վարչախումբն արագընթաց տեմպերով գնում է դեպի բռնապետություն։ Իշխանությունը կորցնելու ահից Փաշինյանն ու իր խաժամուժն այլևս մի կողմ են դրել ժողովրդավարական բոլոր կարգախոսները, որոնց չարաշահմամբ ժամանակին եկան իշխանության, ու գրոհում են ընդդիմությանը։

Օրենքը ստեղծված է քաղաքացու համար, նրա կյանքն ապահովելու համար և ոչ թե ղեկավարության համար կամ քաղաքացուն կառավարելու համար։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ, Հայաստանը բռնել է բռնապետության ճամփան։ «Եթե, ղեկավարությունը զանգում ասում է՝ այս մարդու վրա քրեական գործ հարուցեք ու անուններ է տալիս, իսկ ես գիտեմ ինչի մասին, որ ասում եմ։ Դա էլ է կոռուպցիա։ Եթե ինքը զանգում հրահանգ է տալիս, ու եթե կարմիր բերետավորը կամ սև բերետավորը, որին այդ բերետը տվել են՝ թշնամու դեմ կռվելու համար, այլ ոչ թե որ գնա կնոջ ձեռք ոլորի, կատարում է այդ հրամանը, այդ բերետը ամոթ չի անում, որ դա հագնում է։ Ես միշտ հատուկ զորքեր եմ ղեկավարել, ճիշտ է իմ ենթակայության տակ կապույտ բերետներ են եղել, Ղարաբաղում եղել են սև բերետներ, այնտեղի սպեցնազն է եղել։ Բայց այդ մարդիկ բերետը ստացել են խնդիր կատարելու համար»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը նաև չի կարծում, թե ուժային կառույցներն ամբողջությամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անմիջական վերահսկողության տակ են։ Նախկին նախարարը շատերի հետ շփվում, ճանաչում է։ «Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, Ոստիկանությունում և մյուս տեղերում, որտեղ կա ուժային համակարգ, այնպես չէ, որ բոլորն աչքերը փակ պաշտպանում են գործող իշխանություններին։ Կա մի խումբ, որն իրեն պաշտպանում է։ Ինչպես եղավ Տավուշում, քսան հոգի հասարակ զինծառայող եկավ միացավ, սրտները բռնել էին։ Հավատացեք, օր է գալու, որ ամբողջ զորքերն իր դեմ են դուրս գալու»,- նշել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
