Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը մասնակցել և ելույթով է հանդես եկել Առաջնորդության դպրոցի Առաջնորդության զարգացման 2023-2024 թթ. դասընթացի ավարտական միջոցառմանը։

Առաջնորդության զարգացման 2023-2024 թթ. դասընթացի մասնակից ուսանողները ստացել են առաջնորդությանը վերաբերող կարևոր գիտելիքներ ու փորձառություններ, այդ թվում՝ առաջնորդության հիմնարար սկզբունքներ, արդյունավետ կարիերա և գործարար կապեր, բիզնեսի ինովացիոն զարգացում, թիմային աշխատանք, հաղորդակցություն և բանակցություններ։

Նրանց համար դասախոսություններով են հադես եկել և իրենց փորձով կիսվել տարբեր գործարարներ ու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, դեսպաններ և հանրային գործիչներ Հայաստանից ու այլ երկրներից։ Ուսանողները նաև կատարել են ուսումնասիրություններ և մշակել ու իրականացրել սեփական նախագծեր։

«Իրական առաջնորդ լինելը միշտ բարդ ու պատասխանատու է, քանի որ կառավարչից բացի առաջնորդը պիտի նաև լինի ընկերության արժեքների կրող և ջատագով, նա պիտի օրինակ ծառայի բոլորի համար, նաև պիտի այնպիսի մթնոլորտ ստեղծի, որ ցանկացած աշխատակից կարողանա օգտակար առաջարկներով հանդես գա ու իրականացնի դրանք։ Դուք էլ, որպեսզի դառնաք լավ առաջնորդներ պիտի չվախենաք ստեղծագործ, հետևողական ու վստահ լինել ձեր աշխատանքի մեջ», - նշել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

«Առաջնորդության դպրոցը կարևորում է գործնական բիզնես գիտելիքների և փորձառության փոխանցումը ապագայամետ երիտասարդներին։ Վստահ ենք, որ պարոն Յիրիկյանի և Առաջնորդության Դպրոցի մյուս անձնվեր դասախոսների տեսլականներին, վերլուծություններին ու փորձառություններին հաղորդակցումը կարևոր ազդեցություն կունենա մասնակիցների գալիք ձեռքբերումների և Հայաստանի զարգացման գործում», - ասել է Առաջնորդության դպրոցի հիմնադիր նախագահ Սամվել Մովսիսյանը։

Առաջնորդության դպրոց հիմնադրամը գործում է 2009 թվականից։ Կազմակերպության առաքելությունն է տեղական և միջազգային կայացած գործիչների, տեսաբանների ու կազմակերպությունների համագործակցությամբ աջակցել ապագա նորարար բիզնես առաջնորդների զարգացմանը Հարավային Կովկասի և Պարսից ծոցի ռեգիոններում։
