Վերջին շրջանում ակտիվ քննարվում է «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի աշխատակիցների հարցը: Վերջիններս պետությունից պահանջում են 18 ամսվա աշխատավարձերի փոխհատուցում:
Ինչ խոսք այս հարցը դարձել է կարևորագույն խնդիրներից մեկը: Բոլոիս համար էլ ցանկալի է, որպեսզի հարցը շուտափույթ լուծում ստանա, սակայն կան մի քանի նկատառումներ:
Եթե հարցը դիտարկենք հոգեբանական տեսանկյունից, ապա միանշանակ ոչ ոք չի ցանկանում, որպեսզի երկրում լինի գործազրկության ցուցանիշների ավելացում: Սակայն մյուս կողմից չմոռանանք, որ չորս տարի գործարանը չի շահագործվել:
Հիշենք, որ գործարանի 90% բաժնեմասը մասնավոր է և միայն 10%-ն է պետական մասնաբաժին:
Հիշենք նաև, որ գործարանի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Սաղաթելյանը չորս տարի առաջ հայտարարել էր, որ Նաիրիտի արտադրանքը այլևս մրցունակ չէ համաշխարհային շուկայում, իսկ ինքն էլ այլևս վճարունակ չէ և չի կարող նոր ներդրումներ կատարել գործարանում: Սակայն ի տարբերություն տնօրենի Նաիրիտցիները լավատեսորեն էին մոտենում այս հարցին և շարունակում էին չորս տարի շարունակ գնալ աշխատանքի, հույս ունենալով որ կարող են ապահովել այնպիսի արտադրանք, որը կգրավի միջազգային շուկան:
Եթե հարցը դիտարկենք այլ տեսանկյունից, ապա որակյալ մասնագիտական հմտություն ունեցող անձինք, եթե տեսնում էին, որ գործարանը զարգացման հեռանկարներ չունի`աշխատանք կգտնեին նաև այլ կազմակերպություններով: Իսկ եթե չեն կարողացել գտնել, ապա ինչպես են պատրաստվում մրցունակ լինել միջազգային շուկայում, որտեղ են սպառելու մեր արտադրանքը...
Այս ամենը գործբականում անհնար է: Այն ժամանակվա Նաիրիտն ու այսօրվանը միմյանցից էապես տարբերվում են, քանի որ այն ժամանակ գործարանը աշխատել է Սովետական միության համակարգում: Ինչպես շատ արտադրանքներ, Նիաիրիտի արտադրանքը պարզապես պլանավորված Հայաստանից արտահանել են մի ուրիշ երկիր: Այսօր ամեն ինչ այլ է. Միջազգային շուկա մուտք գործելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ արտադրանքը համապատասխանի բոլոր չափորոշիչներին: Իսկ այսօր Նաիրիտի արտադրանքը, եթե սթափ դատենք, պրակտիկապես չի կարող ապահովել այդ բոլոր չափանիշները:
