Ռուսաստանը ողջունում է ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի (միջպետական միություն՝ բաղկացած ինը պետությունից՝ Բրազիլիա, Ռուսաստան, Հնդկաստան, Չինաստան, Հարավային Աֆրիկա, ԱՄԷ, Իրան, Եգիպտոս և Եթովպիա) նկատմամբ աճող հետաքրքրությունն այն լուրերի ֆոնին, որ Թուրքիան ցանկություն է հայտնել միանալ դաշինքին: Այս մասին հունիսի 4-ին հայտարարել է Կրեմլի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

«Մենք, իհարկե, բոլորս ողջունում ենք ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի նկատմամբ նման աճող հետաքրքրությունը մեր հարևանների, այդ թվում՝ կարևոր գործընկերների կողմից, ինչպիսին Թուրքիան է: Այս թեման կլինի ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի գագաթնաժողովի օրակարգում, որը նախագահելու է Ռուսաստանը: Մենք շատ ակտիվ պատրաստվում ենք»,- ճեպազրույցում նշել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը։

Պեսկովը հավելել է, որ կազմակերպությունը դժվար թե ամբողջապես բավարարի բոլոր շահագրգիռ երկրների շահերը, սակայն ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը շահագրգռված է նրանց հետ կապերի պահպանմամբ։ 

Այսօր Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանն ասել է, որ իր երկիրը կցանկանար միանալ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին, այդ հարցը կքննարկվի Ռուսաստանում կայանալիք նախարարների հանդիպմանը։ 

«Իհարկե, մենք կցանկանայինք դառնալ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի անդամ: Տեսնենք, թե ինչի կարող ենք հասնել այս տարի»,- նշել է դիվանագետը։

Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը Պեկինում կայացած միջոցառման ժամանակ ընդգծել է, որ ակնկալում է մասնակցել Ռուսաստանում ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի նախարարների հանդիպմանը՝ քննարկելու ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ հանդիսացող Թուրքիայի անդամակցության հնարավորությունը։
